Plain-language version — what we collect on this website, why, and what we never do with it. Updated July 2026.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are read, which buttons are clicked. GA4 does not log full IP addresses (IP data is anonymized by design) and we have not enabled any advertising features. This data exists purely so we can make the site more useful.
When you send an inquiry, we receive the details you typed plus your approximate country (derived from network data) — this helps our sales team reply in the right language and time zone. Your inquiry goes to our sales inbox and is used for exactly one purpose: replying to you. We do not add you to newsletters you didn't ask for.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not send unsolicited marketing. We are a factory; your data's only job here is to help us answer your sourcing questions.
