Here is how we use website analytics and inquiry details, and the services involved. Updated 30 September 2026.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful and how visitors use search and contact buttons. The contact and search events we add record the page path, language and action type. Search events send the query length and result count, not the words you type; these events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers or inquiry messages. Google's analytics service may also use cookies, browser/device information and approximate location.
Our forms send your name, email, phone number, requested product/category and quantity through Web3Forms to our sales team. Company details and notes are included if you provide them. The submission also carries the source page and referring page when available. If Cloudflare's lookup succeeds, it includes your IP address and approximate country. We use these details to reply to your request and discuss your order. If you choose the email or WhatsApp fallback, the link carries your inquiry details into the app or service you open.
Google Analytics processes website analytics, and Web3Forms processes form submissions. You can read Google’s privacy policy and Web3Forms’ privacy policy for their practices. We do not sell your inquiry details or add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
