A 304 stainless inner sits inside the bamboo — two layers, no vacuum. It slows the cool-down and keeps the outside comfortable to hold; it does not hold coffee hot for a two-hour drive. If your customer wants that, sell them a vacuum flask and keep the return.
Getting your logo onto TX-1018
Laser into the bamboo. Work around the flip mechanism: the usable panel runs from just below the lid seam to the base curve, and we send that boundary as a die-line before you approve artwork. It is the single most common cause of a reprint on this shape.
Packing & shipping TX-1018

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for TX-1018?▾
500 pieces per design in our in-stock colours. Fully custom Pantone colours start at 1,000 pieces. Stock colours can often be mixed to reach the MOQ.
How long is the lead time?▾
Samples in 7–10 days; bulk production is about 30 days after sample approval and deposit. A new custom mould adds roughly 60 days (one-time).
Is the bamboo real, and how do I care for it?▾
Yes — it is natural bamboo, not a printed film or a bamboo-fibre composite. Hand-wash the bamboo parts and let them air-dry; the stainless or glass interior is what touches your drink.
Can you print or engrave my logo on the bamboo?▾
Yes. Laser engraving looks best on bamboo — it burns your mark into the grain permanently. Silk-screen, heat transfer and UV printing are also available in-house.
What are the payment terms?▾
30% deposit by T/T to start production and the 70% balance before shipment. We quote EXW Yongkang, FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, or DDP door-to-door.
Does TX-1018 fit a car cup holder?▾
At 8.2 cm across the base, it clears most of them. Cup holders vary by market and by car. If your programme depends on it, we will send a sample before you order.
Is the flip lid genuinely leak-proof?▾
Closed, yes, for a bag or a cup holder. It is a commuter lid, not a sports cap for a rucksack lying on its side. Test the sample the way your customer will use it.
