What artwork format do you need from me?▾

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for TF-7028?▾
500 pieces per design (1,000 for fully custom Pantone colours). Stock colours can often be mixed to reach the MOQ.
How long is the lead time?▾
Samples in 7–10 days; bulk production is about 30 days after sample approval and deposit. A new custom mould adds roughly 60 days (one-time).
What are the payment terms?▾
30% deposit by T/T to start production and the 70% balance before shipment. We ship FOB Ningbo or Shanghai.
How does the customization process work?▾
Send your logo and requirements, we quote and send a digital proof, then a pre-production sample in 7–10 days. Once you approve, bulk runs in ~30 days. Logo by silk-screen, laser engraving, heat transfer or UV print.
