Construction: 18/8 (304) food-grade stainless steel, double-wall vacuum sealed, with a food-grade ceramic coating sprayed over the entire inner wall. The ceramic layer is chemically stable — drinks never touch bare metal, so there is no metallic taste and no flavour carried from one drink to the next. It wipes clean with no tea or coffee staining.
Capacity 360ml. Double-wall vacuum keeps drinks hot and cold for hours. Every unit passes a vacuum-integrity check before painting, and the ceramic interior is inspected for full, even coverage including around the neck thread.

What is the inner ceramic coating and why does it matter?▾
It's a food-grade ceramic layer sprayed over the entire 304 stainless inner wall of the TH-1010. Drinks never touch bare metal, so there's no metallic taste, no flavour transfer between teas or coffees, and it wipes clean with no staining.
Is the ceramic coating food-safe and durable?▾
Yes — it passes FDA and LFGB food-contact tests plus antibacterial and biological-safety testing (downloadable in the Certifications tab). The coating is chemically stable and abrasion-resistant for everyday use.
Can I order in-stock colours, or only custom?▾
Both. In-stock colours start at MOQ 500 pcs; custom Pantone-matched bodies start at MOQ 1000 pcs. The same TH-1010 design across in-stock colours counts toward one order.
How is my logo applied if the inside is ceramic?▾

500 pieces per design (1,000 for fully custom Pantone colours). Stock colours can often be mixed to reach the MOQ.
How long is the lead time?▾
Samples in 7–10 days; bulk production is about 30 days after sample approval and deposit. A new custom mould adds roughly 60 days (one-time).
What are the payment terms?▾
30% deposit by T/T to start production and the 70% balance before shipment. We ship FOB Ningbo or Shanghai.
How does the customization process work?▾
