Construction: 18/8 (304) food-grade stainless steel, double-wall vacuum sealed with copper plating between walls. Thermal performance tested per ASTM F2127 — maintains ≥65°C after 12 hours (hot) and ≤10°C after 24 hours (cold). Every unit passes vacuum integrity check before painting.
Available in 800ml/1200ml. Lid is BPA-free PP with 18/8 stainless inner cup — no plastic contact with liquid. Twist-open mechanism. Smooth pour with no drip. Fits most standard car cup holders (62mm base diameter).
