Shally's job is to take your vague idea of what you need and turn it into a precise product specification that our factory can produce. She's especially good with European importers and promotional gift buyers — two markets that require a different kind of knowledge than, say, Amazon FBA.
She's fluent in English and Spanish, and she has a talent for reading what a buyer actually needs versus what they asked for. If you describe a market, she'll suggest the right SKU. If you describe a price point, she'll tell you what's realistic.

QC Manager
Tim built our 3-stage quality control system from scratch — IQC (incoming materials), IPQC (in-process), and FQC (final inspection before shipment). He trains the inspection team, maintains our process documentation, and coordinates with third-party inspectors from SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, and TUV when buyers request independent verification.
The under 0.5% defect rate across all production is Tim's number. He owns it and he protects it. If you want a pre-shipment video inspection, Tim will walk you through every carton over WhatsApp video. He's done it hundreds of times.

Abey handles everything that happens after production ends. That means CO (Certificate of Origin), Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Health Certificate — all prepared correctly, every time. No missing documents, no surprises at customs.
He's also the person who runs Amazon FBA prep: applying FNSKU barcode labels, Prop 65 stickers, suffocation warnings, FBA-compliant carton marking, and coordinating direct shipping to Amazon fulfillment centers in the US, UK, EU (DE/FR/IT/ES), and Japan.
