Jupeng did not begin as a full catalogue. In our earliest years we made one thing: the inner stainless steel vacuum liners that other factories built their travel mugs around. The vacuum liner is the hardest part of a travel mug to get right — and for years it was the only thing we made. We learned insulation from the inside out, literally, before we ever pressed a lid or printed a logo.
When we grew into finished drinkware, we already understood the component most suppliers outsource and hope is right. It also left us with something unusual: decades of travel-mug tooling, including classic shapes that have gone out of production everywhere else. We are not the cheapest factory in Yongkang, and we don't argue with trading companies — a good sourcing agent earns their margin, and several of our long-standing partners are agents.
