Since our 2011 debut at the ASI Sourcing Meeting Fair in Chicago, we've met buyers face to face across Asia and beyond. Photos and video from our booths — see the products, meet the team, and find us at the next show.
Our 2026 debut at the Vietnam Global Sources Fair in Ho Chi Minh City — and a genuinely successful one. We brought our newest vacuum thermos flasks, sport bottles and gift cups, plus full brand-customisation programmes, and sat down with buyers from Vietnam, across ASEAN, the EU and the US — more than 20 countries in all. The new folding and infuser lines drew particularly strong interest. We flew home with full notebooks and a batch of new friends — which is our favourite thing about this trade: people arrive at the booth as buyers, and a few orders later they’re simply friends.

A major showcase in Bangkok. We presented our full thermos, sport bottle, and coffee mug range to importers and promotional-gift buyers from across ASEAN. See our official Mega Show Bangkok exhibitor profile →

One of Asia's largest gifts & houseware fairs. Our booth at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre connected us with buyers from Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

Our returning presence at the Hong Kong Mega Show, strengthening relationships with long-term distribution partners.

From 2016 through 2025 we have exhibited every year at the HKTDC Hong Kong Stationery Fair. Our student cups and school drinkware — a deep, quality-first range — have been a consistent favourite with buyers at this show. Featured by the Hong Kong Stationery Fair → We are a verified exhibitor with the HKTDC (Hong Kong Trade Development Council) across more than one fair — see our Stationery Fair listing (booth 5B-D10), our Home InStyle listing (booth 3D-E29) and our HKTDC Sourcing supplier store for the company profile HKTDC verified independently. The ranges we take to these shows are the same ones listed here — vacuum flasks, insulated tumblers and custom logo drinkware — so anything you see on a booth can be quoted from the model number.

One of China's largest export commodity fairs, where we met international buyers sourcing directly from manufacturers.

An early milestone in our export journey, presenting stainless steel drinkware to the global houseware trade.

Our international debut, 2011, Chicago — and not a normal trade show. The ASI Sourcing Meeting Fair runs as scheduled one-on-one deep-dive meetings: ASI's Asian supplier members on one side of the table, its US importer and distributor members on the other. Across those tables we met the ten largest US promotional-products companies of the day, sample cases open. From those first conversations, order by order, Jupeng gradually became a core drinkware supplier in Asia for ASI's importer members — a relationship that still ships today. Tell your sales contact which fair you're attending and we'll arrange a booth meeting \u2014 or book a factory visit in Yongkang, arranged in advance.
Can't make a show? Read our story since 1998, see the brands we supply, or browse what we make.
Fifteen years of exhibiting has taught us what actually happens at these events, and it is not what the brochure suggests. Buyers do not come to a booth to place orders. They come to answer one question they cannot answer over email: can this supplier actually do what their website claims?
So we bring the things that settle it. Physical samples across the full range — vacuum flasks, sport bottles, coffee tumblers, gift sets, the folding and infuser lines — because the weight of a bottle in your hand tells you more in three seconds than any spec sheet. You can open the lids, feel where a seam sits, see how a laser mark reads against a printed one under booth lighting rather than in a retouched photograph.
We also bring the answers that usually take a week of emails: what a given model actually costs at 500, at 5,000 and at 50,000 pieces; which decoration method suits the artwork you brought; whether your in-hands date is achievable; which test reports we already hold and which would need commissioning. Most of those conversations take fifteen minutes across a table and would take four days across time zones.
Our international debut was the ASI Sourcing Meeting Fair in Chicago, 2011, and it was not a normal trade show. Instead of a hall full of booths, it runs as scheduled one-on-one meetings: ASI’s Asian supplier members on one side of the table, its US importer and distributor members on the other. Across those tables we met the ten largest US promotional-products companies in a single event. Sitting opposite a buyer for a fixed thirty minutes, with nowhere to hide and nothing to do but answer questions properly, taught us more about what American distributors actually need than any amount of catalogue-sending.
The longest thread runs through Hong Kong. We have exhibited at the HKTDC Hong Kong Stationery Fair every year from 2016 through 2025, where our student cups and school drinkware have been the consistent draw. Ten consecutive years at one show is not a marketing decision — it is what happens when the same buyers keep coming back to the same booth.
A booth is a compressed version of a factory visit, and the factory visit is better if you can spare the day. We are in Yongkang, Zhejiang — about three hours by road from Ningbo port and roughly two hours from Hangzhou airport, which makes us a realistic side trip from either. You would see eight workshops covering the full process: vacuum liner production, injection moulding, spray painting, laser marking, printing, assembly, inspection and packing. Most buyers ask to see the inspection bench, and that is the right instinct.
We have exhibited in Brazil, Mexico, the United States, Germany, Thailand, Vietnam, Russia, the UAE and Hong Kong, among other markets, and we expect to add more countries over time. Which fairs we attend shifts year to year with where our buyers are, so tell your sales contact which region you are in and we will say whether we are showing near you this season — and if not, which show is closest.
Yes. We exhibit in Hong Kong every year, showing our newest samples to buyers from around the world — you are very welcome to come and see them there. It is the easiest place to handle the products, compare finishes side by side and talk through a brief in person. Dates and the booth number change each year, so ask your sales contact for the current schedule. We also exhibit at fairs across Europe, the Americas and Southeast Asia depending on the season — tell us which region you are in and we will say which show is closest to you.
Our regular calendar covers the HKTDC Hong Kong Stationery Fair, Hong Kong Mega Show, Mega Show Bangkok, the Canton Fair and the Vietnam Global Sources Fair, and we exhibited at the ASI Sourcing Meeting Fair in Chicago. Dates shift each year, so message us with the region you are in and we will tell you which upcoming show is closest to you — or arrange a factory visit instead if none is convenient \u2014 please book it with your sales contact in advance.
Yes, and it is worth doing. A booked slot means we bring the specific samples you want to see rather than the general range, and that we have your product questions researched before you arrive instead of promising to follow up. Send us the models or categories you are interested in a week ahead and we will have them on the table.
Artwork if you have it, even rough; a target quantity; a target landed price if you have one; and your in-hands date. With those four things we can usually give you a workable answer at the table rather than after we get home. If you have a sample from a previous supplier — especially one that disappointed you — bring that too. It is often the fastest way to explain what you actually need.
Yes, and we would rather you did. We are in Yongkang, Zhejiang, about three hours by road from Ningbo port and two hours from Hangzhou airport. A visit covers all eight workshops end to end — vacuum liner production through to packing — and you can watch the inspection bench in operation, which tells you more about a factory than any showroom. Give us a few days’ notice and we will arrange collection from your hotel or the airport.
Tell us your region and we will point you at the nearest upcoming show — or arrange a factory visit.
