Sales at Jupeng Drinkware. I run the Russian and CIS accounts — from the first enquiry to the shipping confirmation.
“The small things at the start cost less than the fixes later.”

You are dealing with the factory’s own sales desk. When you ask what a colour change costs or whether a date holds, I get the answer from production and come back with it.
Send me the model, the quantity and where it ships.
Supermarkets, chain stores, marketplace sellers, brand owners with their own design. Each has its own demands on packing, marking and paperwork, and I know them.
I send your logo placed on the product, free, and the EAEU document list with it — you did not ask, but a shipment without the right paperwork stops at the border.
Not the obvious defect on a sample — the wrong carton thickness, the invoice wording that will bounce. I check before shipment, not after unloading.
Which wording holds at the border, which payment route clears without questions, what is cheaper — sea or rail.
From quotation to shipment. The same person who calculated your cubic answers when the artwork changes.

A Russian importer wrote with the date already fixed: 3,000 flasks for a retail chain, shipped before the season opened, in his own colour.
The render with his logo went back the same day, free — and with it the customs paperwork list for the EAEU. He had not asked for it. On that market a shipment without the right documents stops at the border, and it is cheaper to gather them early than to explain them later.
What I would not move on: the colour is signed off before the line starts. With a deadline like that the temptation is always to start and correct later. That is where orders are lost.
It shipped ahead of his date, documents complete. His seasonal orders have come to me since.
Send me the model, the quantity and the destination market. One reply gives you the price, the carton cubic and the lead time — usually by the next working day.

We have your enquiry and will come back to you shortly. If you would rather talk now, your details are already in the message.
