MOQ & Pricing Guide

Buyers often start with two questions: what is the minimum order, and how is the price worked out? This guide explains our order quantities, the details that shape a quotation, tooling and payment terms, and practical ways to plan a lower unit cost.

MOQ 500 pcs
Sample timing confirmed for the selected model
Production schedule agreed for the order
FOB Ningbo / Shanghai

Start with the model, total quantity and colour split. For the 29 models with the confirmed mixed-colour rule, stock colours can be combined to reach 500 pieces for that model; a custom Pantone colour starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Send the model and colours you want, and we will confirm the applicable minimum, artwork preparation and packing costs before quotation. See the stock-colour order guide.

MOQ & wholesale pricing tiers

Ask us to compare a few practical quantities for the same model, artwork and packing. A larger run can spread preparation costs across more pieces. We will show the unit price and total amount for each option, so you can balance demand, stock and freight.

Your agreed requirements come first. We keep the agreed material, lid and accessories with the quotation. If your target budget does not cover them, your contact will explain the gap early and help compare suitable models, logo methods, packing or quantities.

What goes into your quotation

1. Material & construction

The selected material, capacity and construction all affect the quotation. Keep those requirements clear when comparing models; a different body or capacity can change both the use and the price.

2. Quantity per model

Tell us the quantity per model and the stock-colour split. Separate colour or artwork versions can have their own preparation costs; we show the applicable charges with the quotation.

3. Logo options

Send the artwork, print area and quantity. Your contact can compare methods that suit the body and finish, with any preparation and per-piece charges shown separately. See the logo cost guide.

4. Packaging

Share whether you need simple packing, a gift box, an insert, a sleeve, barcodes or hang tags. We can compare practical options and keep the agreed packing details with the sample and quotation.

5. Tooling (ODM only)

An existing model can avoid a new mould. For a new shape or a modification, send the sketch and brief so we can confirm the development scope and quotation.

6. Freight

Small quantities may need courier and cost more per piece. Compare the packed volume, quantity and available routes with your contact. If you use a China forwarder warehouse, we can quote the goods from the factory and discuss delivery there. See the shipping guide.

Our automated production line — higher volume per SKU is what lowers your unit cost

Samples, tooling and lead times

Timing depends on the selected model, artwork and sample approvals, quantity, packing and shipping route. Share the date you are working toward and we’ll confirm a schedule for the sample, production and delivery stages of your order.

Logo options and packaging add up separately — see the per-piece cost of each method.
Retail packaging is a separate cost line — budget for it so it doesn't surprise you

Payment & Incoterms

Standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment, by T/T. We quote under three terms: EXW (Yongkang factory), FOB Ningbo / Shanghai (default) and DDP door-to-door (including direct-to-Amazon-FBA). For repeat customers and larger programmes, terms can be discussed.

MOQ & Pricing — FAQ

For the 29 models with the mixed stock-colour option, stock colours can be combined to reach 500 pieces total per model. A custom Pantone colour starts at 1,000 pieces per colour for those models. Other models, finishes and decoration plans are quoted separately. Send the model code and quantity by colour so we can confirm the minimum for your order.
Bulk orders have a model-specific minimum that also depends on colour and decoration. A physical sample can be arranged before bulk: send the selected styles or models, the number of samples for each and the delivery destination, and we will calculate the sample charge and courier together before payment. Your contact can also compare packing and freight costs for the quantities you are considering.
An existing model with your logo, colour and packing can be a starting point without a new body mould. For new tooling, our reference budgets are US$2,000–3,000 per part and US$10,000–20,000+ for a complete bottle set, with complex designs above US$20,000. We list the selected components and any sample work in the project quotation.
Standard bulk terms are a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment by T/T. For established customers, the balance against a copy of the bill of lading can be agreed. We quote EXW Yongkang, FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, and DDP where the destination can be served. For Amazon FBA, send the current shipment plan and warehouse instructions. The quotation confirms the payment terms, handover point and included services; see our shipping guide for the options.
