Working in bamboo? Laser engraving burns your mark into real bamboo grain so it cannot peel — see the custom bamboo drinkware programme and the 13 bamboo models. We run every major logo and finishing process in-house. Four are our core logo methods — silk screen, laser, heat transfer and UV. Silk Screen Printing

1–3 color logo printing on any cylindrical surface. Durable, cost-effective, industry standard. Best for single and multi-color logos with clear lines and shapes.

NDA Before Design Sharing

We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements before receiving any proprietary design files, mould drawings, or trade secrets.

Sample Before Bulk

We send photos at 4 key production milestones: materials in, production start, 50% complete, pre-shipment inspection.

Third-Party Inspection Welcome

How do I protect my design if I share it with you?▾

We sign a formal NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) before you share any design files, sketches, or trade secrets. Our NDA covers confidentiality, non-competition clauses for your product category, and explicitly prohibits sharing your design with any other client. Our legal team prepares the NDA or we can sign yours.

What is the mould cost for ODM product development?▾

Mould tooling fees start from US$2,000–3,000 per part USD and rise with complexity, the number of mould cavities, and material (aluminium vs steel mould). A simple single-cavity mould starts around US$2,000–3,000 per part; complex multi-part moulds run higher. Moulds are owned by you after payment and cannot be used for other clients.

Can the sample cost be deducted from bulk order payment?▾

Yes. Sample costs are charged at manufacturing cost (not free). For orders of 1,000+ pieces, 100% of the sample cost is refunded or deducted from your bulk order invoice. For smaller first orders, we deduct 50%. DHL/FedEx express shipping cost for samples is paid by the buyer.

Can I see a physical sample before committing to a bulk order?▾

Absolutely — this is standard procedure. We never ask you to place a bulk order based on photos or a digital rendering alone. After the sample is approved, you confirm the bulk order and pay the 30% deposit to start production. You can request changes after the T1 sample at no extra charge (minor revisions).

What file formats do you accept for logo and artwork?▾

We accept AI (Adobe Illustrator), PDF, EPS, CDR (CorelDraw), and high-resolution PNG/JPG (300dpi+). For best results, provide vector files (AI/EPS) as they scale without quality loss. Our design team can convert and optimize artwork for each printing method at no extra charge.
