Working in bamboo? Laser engraving places your mark in the bamboo surface, with the effect shown on a sample — see the custom bamboo drinkware programme and the 13 bamboo models. The four logo methods shown here are silk screen, laser, heat transfer and UV. The suitable option depends on the material, body shape, artwork and print area. Electroplating and Embossing for Your Brand

The logo methods above apply your artwork to the product. Electroplating changes the surface colour, while embossing presses a mark into the body. Send your idea and we’ll help you choose a finish to see on a sample.

Electroplating — Metallic Tones and Surface Finishes

Chrome, gold, rose gold and titanium tones can be applied to steel bodies. The tone and coverage affect the cost, and a gradient needs a separate discussion. A sample lets you see the finish on the shape you have chosen.

Your contact can help compare the tone, body shape and logo method together, so the finished sample reflects the look you want for the range.

Embossing — A Mark You Can Feel

An embossed mark is pressed into the body. We confirm the artwork, position and depth on the chosen model so you can see the effect before approving the sample.

The depth, line width and curved body are considered together. We sample the mark so you can see how it catches the light and feels in the hand.

Embossing suits artwork where the line weight, depth and position work with the body shape. Share your design and chosen model so we can confirm the sample plan and quote the agreed version.

Fine lines, small type and curved bodies affect how a mark appears. We confirm its depth and spacing on a sample before quoting the production run.

Practical Steps to Keep Your OEM/ODM Order Clear

Confidentiality Before File Sharing
If your drawings or files are proprietary, we can agree confidentiality terms before you share them. The scope is confirmed in writing first.
Review a Sample Before Bulk
A physical sample can be arranged before bulk production. Review the selected model, dimensions, finish and logo placement; we confirm the sample scope and approval points before production planning.
Production Progress Updates
We share production photos at the milestones agreed for your order, so you can follow progress against the plan.
Third-Party Inspection Welcome
You can appoint SGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV, Intertek or your own QC inspector. We arrange the visit and agree the sample reference and checks before inspection. There is no charge from our side for the visit.
First Unit Compared with Your Sample
The first finished unit is compared with the sample you approved before the run continues. If a detail has moved, it is adjusted at that stage. Your approved sample stays with us as the reference for the order.
Clear Payment Milestones
Ordinary orders: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. New mould orders follow the agreed 10%/90% tooling and 30%/70% bulk milestones. See the mould-order schedule.

Common Questions From Brand Owners

A photo, rough sketch or written brief is enough to discuss feasibility and likely next steps. If the design is proprietary, agree the applicable confidentiality terms before sending the detailed files.
Share a drawing or reference, dimensions, material and construction preferences, intended use, target quantity and date. Tooling scope and cost depend on the design and are confirmed in a project quotation.
Send the models and sample quantities you would like, along with the destination. We'll calculate the sample charge and courier fee together before payment. PayPal is available, and a local account may be an option in some regions. For a small payment, we can help check the available local option and transfer fee with you. For a new shape, we also confirm the development and tooling work needed and quote that scope separately before it starts.
You can request a prototype or pre-production sample for review. The sample scope, cost and approval points are agreed for the selected model or mould before production planning.
Vector artwork such as AI, EPS or PDF is helpful for logo placement; a clear high-resolution image can also start the discussion. Send the file and selected model, and we can prepare a free digital mock-up for a suitable decoration method. The sample confirms the agreed appearance for the project.
We record the drawing revision, dimensions, materials, sample approvals and tool list with your development order. Your paid custom tooling belongs to you in writing; we store and maintain it free of charge for the agreed project. Any cumulative-order refund threshold and calculation are written into the quotation before development. and .
