Is this bamboo drinkware biodegradable?▾
These models combine stainless steel or glass with a real bamboo shell or lid. We do not describe the finished bottle or cup as compostable. If you need environmental wording for your packaging, share the draft and we can discuss the available product information together.
What is the MOQ for wholesale bamboo drinkware?▾
MOQ depends on the selected model, colour and decoration. For models covered by the confirmed mixed-colour rule, stock colours can be combined to reach 500 pieces total; a custom Pantone colour starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Share the model and colour split and we’ll confirm the applicable minimum before quotation.
Which models are vacuum insulated?▾
Six of the thirteen: TX-1010, TX-1012, TX-1014, TX-1015, TX-1016 and TX-1022 are double-wall vacuum. The bamboo travel mugs (TX-1011, TX-1013, TX-1018, TX-1019) do have two layers — a 304 stainless inner inside a bamboo outer shell — but they are not vacuum insulated. TX-1006 is double-wall glass, also without vacuum. Only TX-1004 and TX-1002 are single-layer glass.
Can you laser-engrave a logo onto bamboo?▾
Yes. Laser engraving gives a single-tone mark in the bamboo grain. Send the logo and we can show the position and appearance on a sample. Silk-screen, heat transfer and UV printing can also be discussed for the chosen model.
Do you supply glass cups with bamboo lids in bulk?▾
Yes. TX-1004 (cola-can glass with a sealed bamboo lid and straw), TX-1002 (coloured glass, bamboo lid, silicone sleeve) and TX-1006 (double-wall glass with a bamboo lid and tea strainer) all ship from 500 pieces with your logo.
How should buyers care for the bamboo parts?▾
Hand-wash bamboo parts and let them dry; do not put them in a dishwasher or microwave. Confirm the cleaning instructions for the body, lid and removable parts of the selected model.
How is a bamboo cup quotation prepared?▾
Send the model or intended use, quantity, logo file, packing requirements and destination. We confirm the body construction, available decoration and any sample scope for the selected model, then separate the product, customisation, packing and shipping costs in the quotation.
Do you make the bamboo cups yourselves?▾
