Hallmark reached out needing a water bottle gift set for their seasonal line — distributed across more than 2,000 Hallmark stores across the US. The brief was clear: it had to pass their internal compliance process.

That meant going through Hallmark's Function Reliability Test at their DG Lab. The test covers everything: Age & Humidity, Dishwasher test, Thermal function, 25-cycle function test, and UPC scannability. It's not a tick-box exercise — Hallmark takes it seriously and rejects suppliers who fail.

We passed in 2017. Every test: ACCEPT. Since then, Hallmark has reordered multiple times. We handle their retail-ready packaging including barcodes, hang tags, and compliant outer carton marking.

We first met ANDA at the 2011 Canton Fair, and we have supplied them ever since. ANDA Present Group is one of Europe's largest promotional-gift wholesalers — headquartered in Budapest, Hungary, with 600+ staff and distributor partners across the continent.

For their reseller network we produce advertising mugs, car cups, plastic cups and vacuum flasks — drinkware that has to print cleanly, ship intact across Europe, and arrive with food-contact certificates ready for their own customers. Consistent quality is the whole reason the programs keep repeating.

More than a decade on, ANDA remains one of our steadiest European customers — a relationship built order by order since that first Canton Fair meeting.

ZENIC came to us after dealing with suppliers who didn't understand FBA. They'd had shipments rejected at Amazon FCs, FNSKU labeling errors, cartons that didn't meet dimensional requirements. The kind of problems that cost you time, money, and seller account health.

We took over their supply chain completely. Our export desk now handles FNSKU barcode labels, Prop 65 stickers, suffocation warning labels, FBA carton compliance, and coordinates direct sea freight shipments to their Amazon fulfillment centers in the US and EU.

The difference was immediate. Zero FC rejection on our first shipment with them. Their reorder cycle tightened to 30 days. And they've scaled from approximately 2,000 units per quarter when they started with us to over 20,000 units per quarter — without a single customs hold or FC rejection.

PPAI (Promotional Products Association International) is the world's largest promotional-products trade association — nearly 15,000 member companies spanning 60+ countries, including across Europe and North America.

We are a long-term drinkware supplier to a number of PPAI member distributors, running their custom-branded mug, bottle and flask programs at volume. Every order ships with the FDA, LFGB and Prop 65 documentation their own clients require, and with the batch-to-batch consistency that keeps high-volume promotional programs on schedule.

It is the same pattern as our ASI work: associations don't place orders — their members do — and those members keep coming back because the quality and the paperwork are always ready.

Sanrio's Hello Kitty is one of the most recognized characters in the world, and licensed Hello Kitty products are held to the same strict standard as any major IP — the artwork on the finished bottle has to match the licensor's brand guide exactly, with no deviation in colour, proportion or placement.

Our customer, who held the Hello Kitty license for their market, needed a character drinkware line — including an insert-paper bottle that showcases full-wrap Hello Kitty artwork behind a clear outer wall. We produced approval samples, matched the character printing to the brand guide, and only moved to mass production after formal sign-off.

Every drinking surface met FDA, LFGB and EU food-contact requirements, and the finished line shipped retail-ready with character-accurate packaging, barcodes and multilingual product information.

KRAUS (Direct Marketing Kraus Ltd, Holon, Israel) is a major Israeli importer of gifts and promotional products. We have supplied them since 2013 — vacuum and thermos flasks plus thermos gift sets that their customers consistently rate highly.

It has become one of our steadiest year-round customers: predictable repeat programs, retail-ready packaging, and the kind of reliability that lets an importer commit to a season without worrying about the factory side.

Over more than a decade the relationship has grown well beyond business into genuine friendship — the sort of long-term partnership that only forms when an account is looked after, order after order, year after year.

ASI (the Advertising Specialty Institute) is the backbone trade body of the US promotional-products industry. We are a long-term main supplier to several large ASI member companies — including leading US promotional-gift firms such as Ariel Premium.

The relationship goes back to the 2011 ASI Sourcing Meeting Fair in Chicago — a format built for depth, not foot traffic: ASI's Asian supplier members sit scheduled one-on-one meetings with its US importer and distributor members. Across those tables we met the ten largest US promotional-products companies of the day, sample cases doing the talking.
