Laser into the bamboo shell. The grain takes it beautifully and the mark cannot peel, which is the whole argument for bamboo over a painted finish. Keep artwork clear of the lid — that is where the display module lives, and it is hand-wipe only, never submerged.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for TX-1010?▾
500 pieces per design in our in-stock colours. Fully custom Pantone colours start at 1,000 pieces. Stock colours can often be mixed to reach the MOQ.
How long is the lead time?▾
Samples in 7–10 days; bulk production is about 30 days after sample approval and deposit. A new custom mould adds roughly 60 days (one-time).
Is the bamboo real, and how do I care for it?▾
Yes — it is natural bamboo, not a printed film or a bamboo-fibre composite. Hand-wash the bamboo parts and let them air-dry; the stainless or glass interior is what touches your drink.
Can you print or engrave my logo on the bamboo?▾
Yes. Laser engraving looks best on bamboo — it burns your mark into the grain permanently. Silk-screen, heat transfer and UV printing are also available in-house.
What are the payment terms?▾
30% deposit by T/T to start production and the 70% balance before shipment. We quote EXW Yongkang, FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, or DDP door-to-door.
Can the temperature-display lid go in water?▾
No. Wipe it by hand and keep it out of a dishwasher or a sink. The bamboo shell is hand-wash only too. Only the stainless interior touches the drink, so cleaning the inside is simple.
Is TX-1010 vacuum insulated?▾
Yes. Double-wall vacuum, 304 stainless inner. It holds temperature for hours, unlike the bamboo travel mugs in this range, which have two layers but no vacuum.
Can I supply the lid in my own colour?▾
The display lid is a fixed component. Your Pantone goes on the painted areas of the body, from 1,000 pieces per colour; the bamboo stays natural because that is the point of it.
