The silicone sleeve does more work than it looks like it does. It grips a cold, sweating bottle, and it absorbs the knock that would otherwise crack glass on a warehouse floor. Getting your logo onto TX-1002
Three surfaces, three answers. The bamboo lid takes a laser, which burns in and never lifts. The sleeve holds silk-screen ink far better than bare glass does. UV print goes straight onto the glass when you want colour on the body itself. Most retail programmes settle on a laser mark on the lid plus a one-colour screen on the sleeve.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for TX-1002?▾
500 pieces per design in our in-stock colours. Fully custom Pantone colours start at 1,000 pieces. Stock colours can often be mixed to reach the MOQ.
How long is the lead time?▾
Samples in 7–10 days; bulk production is about 30 days after sample approval and deposit. A new custom mould adds roughly 60 days (one-time).
Is the bamboo real, and how do I care for it?▾
Yes — it is natural bamboo, not a printed film or a bamboo-fibre composite. Hand-wash the bamboo parts and let them air-dry; the stainless or glass interior is what touches your drink.
Can you print or engrave my logo on the bamboo?▾
Yes. Laser engraving looks best on bamboo — it burns your mark into the grain permanently. Silk-screen, heat transfer and UV printing are also available in-house.
What are the payment terms?▾
30% deposit by T/T to start production and the 70% balance before shipment. We quote EXW Yongkang, FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, or DDP door-to-door.
Is TX-1002 insulated?▾
Does the silicone sleeve come off?▾
Yes, it slides off for cleaning, and it can be moulded in your Pantone from 1,000 pieces. Retailers tend to keep it on: it is the reason breakage complaints stay low.
Can I order TX-1002 without the straw?▾
Yes. The straw is a separate part. Tell us at quotation stage and we leave it out, which takes a little off the unit price.
