Who will actually produce my order?▾

Jupeng produces drinkware in Yongkang, Zhejiang, with workshops for the main production and finishing stages. Trading companies and sourcing agents are welcome too. Your contact can help carry the model, sample, artwork and packing details through the order.

How long has Jupeng been in business?▾

Do you exhibit at trade shows in our country?▾
Our trade-show schedule varies by year and region. Tell us your country or the event you plan to attend and we will confirm whether Jupeng is currently exhibiting nearby. If not, we can discuss the models and your brief through your preferred contact.
Can we meet you at a trade show?▾
We have met buyers at trade fairs in different regions, but dates and locations change each year. Share the event name or your region and we will confirm the current schedule and whether a meeting can be arranged.
Can I visit the factory?▾
You are welcome to ask about a visit. Share your preferred date and what you would like to discuss, and we will confirm availability, visitor arrangements and which areas can be shown. If travel is difficult, ask your contact for current product or workshop information relevant to your brief.
What major brands have you supplied?▾

Ordering & Pricing
MOQ depends on the selected model, colour and decoration. For models covered by the confirmed mixed-colour rule, stock colours can be combined to reach 500 pieces total; a custom Pantone colour starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Share the model and colour split and we’ll confirm the applicable minimum before quotation.
How does pricing work? Can you share a price list?▾
Yes — we're happy to share our price list. It covers our best-selling models with reference unit prices at standard quantity tiers, common logo application options and packaging choices, quoted under three trade terms: EXW (ex-works, Yongkang factory), FOB (Ningbo / Shanghai) and DDP (door-to-door, freight and duties included) — what each term covers, and which one to pick. Treat it as a reference: the final quote moves with your exact quantity, logo complexity, colours and packaging — send those details and you'll have an exact quotation after reviewing your brief.
What payment terms do you accept?▾
Standard bulk terms are a 30% deposit before production and 70% before shipment. For established customers, payment of the balance against a copy of the bill of lading can be agreed. Custom-mould projects follow the milestones shown in the linked tooling payment schedule. The quotation records the terms for your order.
Send us the selected styles or models, the number of samples for each and the delivery destination first. We will calculate the sample charge and courier fee together before you pay. Payment is available by PayPal; a local account can be used in some regions. For a small payment, we can help cover the local transfer fee. We will confirm the payment option for your location and the sample timing for the selected model.
Production & Lead Times
Timing depends on the selected model, artwork and sample approval, quantity, packing and route. Share your target in-hands date, model, quantity and destination; your contact will work through the sample, production and shipping stages with you and confirm the schedule before the order is placed.
How do we plan a time-sensitive order?▾

Share the date you need the goods in hand and we’ll work back through sample approval, production and shipping. If the schedule is tight, your contact will raise it early and work through the options. Any special delivery arrangements are confirmed in the quotation or contract.

Certifications & Compliance
What product reports can I download?▾

Available downloads include FDA 21 CFR, LFGB, EU 1935/2004 and California Prop 65 product reports, the supplier’s 2022 draft packaging record, and Hallmark’s 2017 Function Reliability report for a submitted product. My customer requires a specific test report. Can you arrange additional testing?▾

Tell us the model, quantity and reports your order needs. Existing reports go with the goods. For a model that has not been tested, Jupeng covers the agreed new testing on a first order of 1,000 pieces or more; smaller orders carry the testing cost separately. We confirm the scope and timing with you before arranging it.

Can you help with California report and label requests?▾

The available STQ report SZ2022091339 records the tested product and scope. Send your chosen model and buyer’s document request and we’ll confirm the relevant report. Agreed warning labels can be applied as part of the packing instructions.

OEM / ODM / Customization
What logo printing methods are available?▾
Options include silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer and UV printing. The suitable method depends on the body material, finish, artwork and print area. Send the logo and selected model and we can prepare a free digital mock-up to review placement, then confirm the appearance and sample scope for the chosen method.
Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)?▾
Confidentiality terms can be agreed before you share detailed proprietary files. You can send your NDA or ask us to review the terms for the project; the agreed scope is confirmed in writing before the files are shared.
What custom packaging options are available?▾
We can plan PE bags, printed colour boxes, gift-set inserts, hang tags, sleeves and FBA packing. Send your barcode files and buyer-confirmed label wording, together with any carton or shipment instructions, so we can confirm the packing proof and order scope.
Amazon & E-Commerce Sellers
Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA warehouses?▾
We can review the current FBA shipment plan, unit labels, carton marks and warehouse instructions for the selected model. Send the destination and current requirements; we will confirm which packing, documents and delivery arrangements are included in the quotation.
Can you help choose models for an online range?▾

Tell us your customer, price point and sales plan. We can suggest a few models to compare — such as vacuum bottles, tumblers, sport bottles or mugs — and work through samples, logo options, packing and available product reports.

Quality Control & Inspections
What is your QC process?▾
Your approved sample, artwork and packing details are kept together as the reference for the order. When bulk production starts, we compare the first finished piece with that reference. We agree the checking points for the selected model before production, record the agreed checks and share progress with you. If a detail changes, your contact checks it with you before the run continues.
Can I send my own inspector or third-party inspection company?▾
If your buyer requests an independent inspection, share the inspection company, scope, timing and acceptance criteria. We can discuss site access and coordinate a visit around the production schedule. Any inspection fees and agreed checking scope should be confirmed before the order.
Shipping & Export
What shipping terms (Incoterms) do you offer?▾
Our shipping guide explains EXW, FCA, FOB and DDP and how responsibilities differ. Which options can be quoted depends on the shipment and destination. Share the address, quantity and carton details so we can confirm the handover point, included services and costs in the quotation.
What export documents do you provide?▾

The standard export set includes the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading or air waybill. The certificate of origin, relevant product reports and any agreed inspection or packing documents are prepared around the shipment. Send your broker’s list early and we’ll confirm what is needed.

Yes. Tell us what is not working or how you prefer to receive updates. We can arrange another colleague and pass on the approved model, artwork, sample and packing references, so the project details stay together. You can also contact a different member of our sales team.

Send the logo, selected model and any colour or placement ideas. We prepare a free digital view to help you compare logo size and position before a physical sample. The sample is where you review the actual finish and appearance. For sample charges, send the styles, quantities and destination; we calculate the sample and courier costs together.

Tell your contact which approved version the new file replaces. We keep the model, sample, artwork and packing references together and confirm the change before updating the order instructions. When production starts, the first finished piece is compared with the approved reference. The order-check guide explains how we carry the details through.

Yes. Share the target budget with the model, quantity, logo and packing plan. We can compare suitable bodies, decoration, packing and quantities. We do not reduce the agreed material, lid or accessory requirements simply to reach a price. If the budget cannot cover them, we explain the gap early and help you compare a workable option.

A smaller shipment can cost more per piece, and some small quantities need courier delivery. If you have a forwarder in China, ask us to quote delivery to its Chinese warehouse and confirm the handover details.
