The model you chose
The body, capacity and construction stay with the selected model reference. A sample helps bring those choices into the same discussion as your lid, logo and packing.
Your logo, in the right version
We keep the approved artwork size, position and colours with the sample. If a file changes, your contact helps confirm which version the order should follow.
The colour and finish
The agreed stock colour or Pantone reference stays with the sample. We work through the body finish and logo together so your brand has a clear reference to approve.
The lid and accessories
The selected lid, carrying style and accessories are part of the sample discussion. Those details stay with the order reference alongside the body.
Your retail pack and carton
Box artwork, inserts, labels, barcode files, carton markings and quantities are confirmed with the packing details. Your contact helps bring the product and packing approvals together.
The inspection and shipment plan
Share the date you are working towards, your route and any inspection request. We can coordinate the checklist and booking with production, the agreed payment terms and shipment.
Your approved sample stays the reference. Our first finished piece is compared with that sample before the run continues. Your own inspection request can be arranged alongside this internal production step.
We keep the agreed material, lid and accessories as the starting point when reviewing the price. If your target budget does not cover them, we'll explain the gap early and help compare suitable models, logo methods, packing or quantities.
Production references and your inspection plan
An approved sample provides the reference through production. A third-party inspection can follow your agreed checklist before shipment; the two can be planned together.
During production, the sample and order details stay with the team as the reference. Vacuum bodies are checked before finishing, and the first finished piece is compared with the approved sample.
If you would like an independent inspection, send the checklist and preferred inspector. We can coordinate the date with the production and shipment plan.
The Pre-Production Checklist
Before bulk production, keep these approvals together:
Material information: confirm the stated material for the selected model and any product reports requested by your buyer.
Colour approval: confirm the selected colour reference and sample with the artwork before production.
Artwork reference: confirm the logo position, size and colour on the sample, then keep that approval with the order details.
Packing approval: confirm the box artwork, insert and carton details before the packing run.
Bring your checklist into the order plan
Share any inspection checklist your buyer uses. We can discuss its scope and timing alongside the product, packing and shipment details.
Product appearance: compare the body, lid, logo and packing with the references agreed for the order.
Heat-retention information: confirm the chosen model, any available data and the conditions behind a figure needed for your programme.
Vacuum bodies are checked before assembly and finishing. The approved sample and order details stay together as the reference for the finished product.
Lid reference: confirm the opening, carrying style and selected accessories on the approved sample.
Logo reference: keep the agreed artwork, placement, colours and sample together.
Packing reference: confirm barcode and label files, applicable wording, box artwork and carton quantities.
Dimensions: keep the selected model’s size and capacity with the product details and quotation; discuss any particular tolerance request before production.
