TR-1032 500 ml Handled Glass Water Bottle

Model: TR-1032 · OEM/ODM Ready · Jupeng Factory, Yongkang China

Thickened borosilicate glass, which handles thermal shock and survives long-haul freight far better than the thin-wall glass that dominates the low end of this category. The fabric sleeve is not decoration — it is what stops the glass from being cold to hold and cracking when it is knocked. Buyers usually reach this page looking for glass mugs bulk; if that is your brief, the figures below are the ones you will be quoted from.

An events company in Paris, France orders this one regularly. The orders themselves are for event giveaways and trade-show giveaways; they picked this model because the body takes a printed logo cleanly.

Working out the container before you ask us

50 pieces per carton, carton 40 × 40 × 52cm, 19/20KG net and gross. Those three figures decide your landed cost on a distribution order more than the unit price does, which is why they are on the page rather than behind an enquiry form.

Two things worth checking before you commit a quantity. First, whether your order divides into clean cartons — a 12-store drop that lands on a split case costs someone an afternoon of repacking. Second, whether a mixed-colour container makes more sense than one colour: several buyers deliberately split a first order to see which shade moves before committing capital.

Send us the quantity and the destination and the carton count, cubic and load plan come back with the price rather than after it.

What we know about TR-1032 from running it

Not a spec sheet — what buyers actually do with it, why they come back, and what we have had to sort out along the way.

TR-1032 — Where it ends up after you ship it

Where it ends up after you ship it

Your end users put it in more places than a product listing suggests: a desk at work, a car cup holder and a weekend hike.

The 500 ml was sized for that overlap rather than for one of them — big enough to be worth carrying, small enough that people actually carry it. That is usually what decides whether a promotional piece gets used twice or once.

TR-1032 — When the date left no slack

When the date left no slack

A buyer came to us with a run, timed to Ramadan, on a date that left no slack.

We took it because we could see how it would work, not because we wanted the order. The buyer knew the plan before the deposit was paid.

It went out on the date agreed, which is the whole story.

Sourcing TR-1032? Here is how we run it

Three things buyers tell us go wrong on a first order, and what happens here at each.

✓
You see it before you commit

A physical sample, not a rendering. Approve it and that unit stays in the plant as the reference for the run.

✎
The first unit off the line is checked

Bulk starts, we compare unit one against your approved sample, and if something has moved, it gets adjusted before the run continues. Catching a drift there costs an hour.

⏱
You hear about problems early

If a date slips or a colour moves, you get told while there is still time to decide — not when the container lands.

Who orders TR-1032

What you are actually buying from us

A quotation is easy to come by. These are the things that decide whether the second order is easy.

  • Before the order. The awkward questions get asked at the start — which artwork file, which colour reference, how the cartons are marked. They cost a conversation now, or a shipment later.
  • During production. The sample you approve stays in the plant as the physical reference. The first unit off the bulk line is compared against it before the rest continues, so a drift gets sorted out then rather than after the container is packed.
  • After it ships. A second order should be easier than the first. The approved reference stays here between runs, so what you reorder matches what your customers already have.
  • One person, start to finish. No ticket numbers, no being passed along — the same name from the first email to the last document.
  • We will tell you when to buy something else. We say no to dates we cannot hold. Accepting an impossible deadline and hoping is how both sides lose.
  • Twenty-eight years in this category. We have run this category for brand owners, retail chains, gift houses and marketplace sellers. The questions each of them asks are different, and we know which ones come up late.

For Importers & Wholesalers
  • ✓The cost that surprises importers is rarely the unit price — it is the cubic, the split cases and the document that arrives wrong. 50 pieces per carton divides cleanly into a 10-store drop, so nobody spends an afternoon repacking broken cases.
  • ✓Pricing structure, documentation, inspection and payment terms — the things you check before a first order — are set out here: Importers & wholesalers →

For Brand Owners — OEM/ODM
  • ✓Your second order has to match your first, or the reviews written about batch one stop being true. The sample you approved stays in the plant as the physical reference between runs.
  • ✓How private label runs here — artwork, colour approval, tooling, what is yours and what is ours: Brand owners & private label →
Full OEM/ODM Guide →
For Retail Chains
  • ✓Own-brand retail lines live or die on repeat consistency. The approved reference sample stays here between runs, and the first unit off each new run is checked against it.
  • ✓Retail compliance, hang tags, Prop 65 labelling and delivery windows: Retail chains →

For Promotional Gift Buyers
  • ✓The commonest gifting mistake is ordering the quantity before fixing the artwork. Logo application on this body is proofed before anything runs, so the artwork round happens while the material is still being prepared rather than after.
  • ✓Lead times against a fixed event date, logo options, and what 500 pieces actually buys you: Promotional & gifting →

For Hotels, Schools, Cafés, Events & Other End Organisations
  • ✓Specification matters more than price when the item has to survive daily service. Steel that goes through a commercial dishwasher, lids your staff can open one-handed — tell us the setting and we will spec for it.
  • ✓How DDP works, what it covers and where a local importer of record is still needed: DDP door-to-door →

For E-commerce & Amazon Sellers
  • ✓Two things sink a listing: running out mid-season, and a batch that does not match the one your reviews were written about. The approved reference sample stays here between runs, and we can hold partly-finished inventory through your quiet season.

Questions buyers ask before the first order

Five hundred pieces per design in the stock colours (Blue, Green, Pink, Black, Grey). A matched Pantone starts at 1,000 — a custom colour is its own spray run rather than a draw from stock. You can mix stock colours to reach the 500, which several buyers do on a first order to see which shade moves.

Yes, from the first 500 pieces — there is no separate logo minimum. Four methods in-house: silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer and UV print. The straight body gives an uninterrupted panel with no seam to work the artwork around. Send a vector file and we return a print proof showing how it sits on this body before anything runs. Tell us the end use and we will say which method we would run and why.

Two routes. Stock colours — Blue, Green, Pink, Black, Grey — ship from inventory at 500 pieces per design, so a sample reaches you without waiting on a spray run. A matched Pantone runs from 1,000 pieces as its own spray batch: you send the Pantone reference, we spray a sample, you approve it, and only then does the line start. The first unit off the bulk run is then compared against that approved sample before the rest continues.

30% deposit to start production, 70% before shipment. On smaller orders we often settle the whole amount against the proforma invoice instead — two transfers cost both sides bank charges that are not worth paying on a modest total. Either way the terms go in writing on the PI rather than being agreed later. If your company has its own process, tell us early and we will work to it.

Freight is worked out per order rather than from a table, because it depends on the cubic volume and how you want it shipped. Once you have picked the models and settled the quantity, send us the delivery address and we come back with the carton count, the cubic and the freight — by sea, by air or door-to-door, whichever suits the date you are working to. Ask for FOB and DDP side by side if you want to compare handling the import yourself against one delivered price.

Send a drawing, a photo of something close, or just describe it. We come back with what is feasible on our existing tooling and what needs new tooling, with the cost and the lead time for each — before you commit to either. Most programmes start on an existing body with your own colour, logo and packaging; new tooling makes sense once the volume justifies it, and we will say plainly when it does not.

Six steps, and you set the pace at each one. 1. Send the enquiry — quantity, destination, and the in-hands date if you have one. 2. The quotation comes back with carton cubic already in it, so you can model landed cost before replying rather than asking for it. 3. Take a sample if you want one — or order straight from artwork if you already know the model. 4. Proforma invoice, then the deposit. 5. Production, 30 days from artwork approval; the first unit off the line is checked against the reference you approved. 6. Balance, then shipment with the full document set.

The straight body gives you an uninterrupted panel — no curve to fight, no seam to work around. Send your artwork and we return a print proof showing exactly how it sits on this body, at the size you want, before anything runs. If the mark is too fine for the method you picked, we will say so at the proof stage rather than after the run.

Around 30 days from artwork approval for a stock colour. A matched Pantone adds a spray run; peak season before Christmas and Ramadan adds time too. Tell us the date you need it in hand and we plan backwards from there — and say early if it does not fit rather than accepting it and hoping.

Recycled-content packaging is available through our preferred packaging supplier, Dongguan Weida Packaging, which holds GRS V4.0 — the certificate is on our certifications page. GRS covers that packaging, not the bottle itself. Stainless is itself recyclable at end of life, which is often the more useful point for a brief than the packaging. If the requirement is written into your tender, send us the wording and we will say plainly what we can and cannot evidence.
