Your approved physical sample stays with us as the reference — not the artwork file, because screens drift and a sprayed body in your hand does not. Every batch is inspected at an 8 % sampling rate where the industry norm sits nearer 5 %, and finished-goods defects run under 0.5 %. Our longest-standing importer relationships — an Israeli gift importer since 2013, a Hungarian promotional wholesaler since a 2011 Canton Fair meeting — have continued precisely because the repeat batches keep matching.
Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, packing list and health certificate as standard, prepared by our own shipping team rather than outsourced. Test reports (FDA, LFGB, EU 1935/2004, Prop 65, GRS) are on the website for download at any time, which matters when your own customer asks for them mid-season and you need them the same day.
Yes, at any stage, at no extra charge from us. SGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV, Intertek or your own QC person — we treat an inspection booking as normal, not as an accusation. Buyers who have been burned elsewhere usually inspect the first two or three orders and then stop asking, which is the outcome we are aiming for.
EXW Yongkang, FOB Ningbo, FOB Shanghai, or DDP if you would rather we handled duty and delivery end to end. The plant is about three hours by road from Ningbo, which is why our cut-off dates before Chinese New Year and peak season tend to run later than suppliers further inland.
You send photographs and the batch details, we trace it back through the inspection records for that run, and if it is ours we replace it. We keep inspection records by batch precisely so that this conversation is about evidence rather than opinion. What we will not do is argue that a confirmed defect is within tolerance.
