For hotels, schools, cafés, events and other organisations, we can quote the product, customisation, packing and agreed delivery scope together. Share the destination and date you need the goods; we help plan the sample, production and transport before the order is confirmed.
Get a DDP quote — tell us your country & date WhatsApp UsEnd customers are not importers, and their briefs are nothing alike. We have supplied all six of these for years, so we start from your real constraint — not from a catalogue page.
In-room and poolside drinkware with your crest. Tell us how it will be used and washed so we can compare the model, finish and logo method and confirm the sample and care guidance.
Custom restaurant cups and reusable mugs can be planned around your café’s use, logo and packing. Ceramic-lined models are one option to compare on a sample, with the approved details retained for reorders.
Custom team water bottles and school-logo bottles in BPA-free materials with lockable straw-lid options; we help identify the available model reports your administrators need.
Souvenir drinkware brings the body colour, artwork and retail box together. We keep the approved sample and Pantone reference with the order records for repeat programmes.
Custom wedding cups and event bottles with a hard date attached. We plan backwards from your date, air-freight when sea cannot make it, and tell you honestly if a deadline is not achievable.
Mixed SKUs — bar mugs, cabin bottles, crew shakers — combined into one DDP shipment with one delivery, with the model mix, packing and shipping details agreed together.
For an agreed DDP order, the quotation sets out the included product, packing, freight, destination costs and delivery scope. We confirm the address and any information needed from you before booking.
Your logo, colours, lids and packaging — silk screen, laser, UV or heat transfer, printed in-house from a 500-piece MOQ per design.
Sea freight for planned orders, air freight for hard deadlines. We book it, insure it and track it.
For an agreed DDP order, the quotation sets out the freight, destination clearance, duties, taxes and delivery scope. We confirm the address and any information needed from you before booking.
From our floor in Yongkang to your loading dock or front office, with milestone photos during production and one tracking number to the door.
Share your organisation, intended use, quantity, destination and target date by WhatsApp or the form. We reply after reviewing your brief.
Tell us the use, lid preference and colour brief. We help compare suitable models and confirm the choice on a sample.
Review the artwork proof and the selected body, colour, logo and packing on a sample. We agree the sample scope and timing with you before arranging it.
Once the sample, artwork and order terms are approved, your contact confirms the production schedule and keeps you updated, using the agreed details as the reference.
We arrange the agreed shipment and keep you updated on its delivery plan.
“Are your prices FOB, CIF or DDP?” is the question we are asked most often, usually with a port name attached. The answer is that we quote all four, and the right one depends on whether you already have a freight forwarder and a customs broker, not on which sounds cheapest.
| Term | Where our responsibility ends | What you arrange | Ask for this if |
|---|---|---|---|
| EXW Yongkang | Goods ready at our factory gate. | Everything: inland trucking to port, export clearance, freight, insurance, import duties, delivery. | You have a China-based agent who consolidates from several suppliers. |
| FOB Ningbo / Shanghai | Goods loaded on the vessel, export cleared. | Ocean freight, insurance, import duties and taxes, destination clearance, final delivery. | You have your own forwarder and a customs broker. This is the most common term for experienced importers. |
| CIF your port | Goods at your destination port, freight and insurance paid. | Import duties and taxes, customs clearance, port charges, delivery to your door. | You want us to book the ocean leg but you clear customs yourself. |
| DDP your door | Your door. Duties, taxes and clearance included. | Sign for the boxes. | You have never imported, or you want one number in your budget with nothing to reconcile afterwards. |
Before you can calculate landed cost you need the classification, because the duty rate follows it. For drinkware the split is not by material, it is by whether the product is vacuum insulated:
| HS code | What it covers | Typical Jupeng products |
|---|---|---|
| 9617.00 | Vacuum flasks and other vacuum vessels, complete with cases. | Double-wall vacuum flasks, vacuum travel mugs, vacuum tumblers, vacuum food jars, vacuum lunch boxes. |
| 7323.93 | Table, kitchen or other household articles of stainless steel. | Single-wall stainless bottles, non-vacuum stainless cups, stainless mugs and shakers. |
Two consequences worth planning around. First, a vacuum bottle and a single-wall bottle in the same order are two classifications, and they may carry different duty rates in your market — a mixed container is not one line on the declaration. Second, plastic, glass and bamboo items classify elsewhere again, so a mixed drinkware order can span several codes.
We state the code we believe applies on the pro forma and the packing list, and we are consistent about it across orders. Your customs broker in the destination country has the final say — classification is decided where the goods land, not where they ship from. If you are modelling landed cost before you order, confirm the rate with your broker against these codes rather than against a figure from a general tariff lookup, because the same product can attract preferential rates under a trade agreement your broker knows about and a website does not.
Carton dimensions and pieces per carton affect freight as well as the unit price. We can put the packing details beside the product quote so you and your forwarder can compare the landed cost for the same order.
We deliver DDP to most of the world. Rather than claim “worldwide” and leave you to discover the exceptions, here is the actual picture:
| Region | DDP status | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| Europe & UK | Yes, routinely. | Our most frequent DDP destination. Post-Brexit the UK clears separately from the EU — tell us if one order splits across both, because it becomes two clearances. |
| United States & Canada | Yes, routinely. | For Amazon sellers we can ship to FBA centres directly, with FNSKU labels applied here. Watch dimensional weight: drinkware cartons are light for their size, so FBA usually bills on volume. |
| Latin America | Yes — Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina and neighbours. | Clearance paperwork is heavier here than in the EU or US, and the lead time to your door is correspondingly longer. Ask us early rather than late. |
| Middle East | Yes, routinely. | Gulf destinations are well served. Some markets require documents legalised at a consulate — that adds days, not weeks, if planned for. |
| Southeast Asia | Yes, routinely. | Short sea leg, so the total door-to-door time is dominated by production rather than freight. |
| Australia & New Zealand | Yes, routinely. | Biosecurity rules apply to bamboo and wooden components — tell us at enquiry if your order includes bamboo lids or bases so the treatment documentation goes with the shipment. |
| Africa | Selected countries only. South Africa is served routinely. | Elsewhere in Africa we quote case by case. If DDP is not workable for your destination we will say so and quote FOB or CIF instead rather than promise a delivery we cannot control. |
| Remote islands | Generally not DDP. | Where the last leg is unreliable or the clearance agent network is thin, we quote to the nearest major port and let you handle the final leg with someone local who knows it. |
Why we draw the line rather than say “worldwide”: DDP means we own the risk all the way to your door. In a market where we cannot control the final leg, a DDP quote would be a promise we might not keep — and a shipment stuck in a port you cannot reach is worse for you than a CIF quote you planned around.
Start with your required in-hands date. We work backwards with you through sample approval, production, packing and transport:
| Stage | Time | What starts the clock |
|---|---|---|
| Quote with digital mockup | Timing confirmed after reviewing order details | Your model, quantity and artwork. |
| Printed pre-production sample | Timing confirmed by model | Artwork approved. |
| Production | Schedule agreed for the order | Deposit and approved sample/artwork, with the order schedule confirmed together. |
| Sea freight | timing varies by route, port, carrier and season | Container loaded. |
| Destination clearance & delivery | Included in DDP | Arrival at port. |
Chinese New Year affects factory and shipping schedules. If you need goods early in the year, share the in-hands date while planning the order. We confirm the current shutdown dates and work backwards through sample approval, production, packing and transport with you.
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP where the destination can be served. If you have a forwarder and broker, we can work with their plan. If you prefer DDP, we confirm the destination, shipment scope and included costs in the quotation. Send your port or postcode and we can set out the options side by side.
The DDP quotation lists the product, agreed customisation, packing, freight, destination duties and taxes, clearance and delivery scope. Send the model, quantity and address so we can confirm the included costs for the same order before you decide.
30% deposit, 70% before shipment is our standard. Production starts after the agreed sample and order details are confirmed; we confirm the schedule for each order. We accept T/T; L/C is possible on larger orders but adds bank time at both ends, so factor that into the schedule rather than the price. For a first order with a new buyer we are happy for you to inspect before the balance, either yourself or through a third-party inspector you appoint.
Share your Q1 in-hands date early. We confirm the current Chinese New Year shutdown and shipping schedule, then plan the approval and production dates with you. If the date is too tight, we discuss the options before agreeing the order.
We help prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and transport documents for the agreed shipment. The certificate of origin and any additional documents are confirmed against the destination and your broker’s requirements. Tell us the model and test-report request so we can identify the existing documents that cover it. We check the descriptions and shipping details together before the documents are issued.
Send the English and French copy and any label instructions confirmed by your Canadian buyer or adviser. We can work through the artwork space, barcode and proof with the product and packing, before the box is produced.
Share your Brazilian or Latin American broker’s document list early. We help prepare the agreed export documents and product information, and check the descriptions, packing and shipping details together before issue. Your broker confirms the destination’s classification, clearance and tariff requirements.
