What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for TX-1012?▾
500 pieces per design in our in-stock colours. Fully custom Pantone colours start at 1,000 pieces. Stock colours can often be mixed to reach the MOQ.
How long is the lead time?▾
Samples in 7–10 days; bulk production is about 30 days after sample approval and deposit. A new custom mould adds roughly 60 days (one-time).
Is the bamboo real, and how do I care for it?▾
Yes — it is natural bamboo, not a printed film or a bamboo-fibre composite. Hand-wash the bamboo parts and let them air-dry; the stainless or glass interior is what touches your drink.
Can you print or engrave my logo on the bamboo?▾
Yes. Laser engraving looks best on bamboo — it burns your mark into the grain permanently. Silk-screen, heat transfer and UV printing are also available in-house.
What are the payment terms?▾
30% deposit by T/T to start production and the 70% balance before shipment. We quote EXW Yongkang, FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, or DDP door-to-door.
Is TX-1012 vacuum insulated?▾
Yes. Double-wall vacuum with a 304 stainless inner, so it holds hot and cold for hours.
Can the lanyard be removed or swapped?▾
Yes. It detaches, and it can be supplied in your colour with a woven logo from 1,000 pieces. Some buyers drop it to save a few cents; at a trade show, keep it.
Will TX-1012 fit a bike bottle cage?▾
It is 6.5 cm across and 25 cm tall, which clears most standard cages. Cages vary. If it matters, send us the cage and we will check it against a sample.
