Getting your logo onto TX-1004
Laser on the bamboo lid, UV print on the glass. The lid is the mark that lasts — burned into the grain, it will outlive the packaging. On a round glass body, UV works best as a front panel; a full wrap-around needs artwork drawn for the curve, which we set up at sample stage. Ask to see both on the same sample before you choose.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for TX-1004?▾
500 pieces per design in our in-stock colours. Fully custom Pantone colours start at 1,000 pieces. Stock colours can often be mixed to reach the MOQ.
How long is the lead time?▾
Samples in 7–10 days; bulk production is about 30 days after sample approval and deposit. A new custom mould adds roughly 60 days (one-time).
Is the bamboo real, and how do I care for it?▾
Yes — it is natural bamboo, not a printed film or a bamboo-fibre composite. Hand-wash the bamboo parts and let them air-dry; the stainless or glass interior is what touches your drink.
Can you print or engrave my logo on the bamboo?▾
Yes. Laser engraving looks best on bamboo — it burns your mark into the grain permanently. Silk-screen, heat transfer and UV printing are also available in-house.
What are the payment terms?▾
30% deposit by T/T to start production and the 70% balance before shipment. We quote EXW Yongkang, FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, or DDP door-to-door.
Is the bamboo lid on TX-1004 leak-proof?▾
It is a sealed lid and it holds for a bag on a commute. Do not sell it as a sports bottle. Order a sample and test it the way your customer will treat it.
Can TX-1004 take hot coffee?▾
No. Single-layer glass, no insulation. A hot pour is uncomfortable to hold and not a claim we will support. This is an iced-drink product. For hot drinks, take a double-wall or vacuum model.
What is the breakage rate on glass, and who pays?▾
Plan for it. Glass is heavy and a small percentage does not survive the last mile, whatever the packing. We pack to survive the container. You should model returns before you set a retail price. If a carton arrives damaged in transit, we work the claim with you and the forwarder.
High-white glass or borosilicate — which is this, and which should we order?▾
TX-1004 is high-white (flint) glass with a sealed bamboo lid, not borosilicate. High-white glass gives the clearest body and the lowest unit cost, which is what most glass cups with bamboo lids programmes want. Borosilicate costs more and is the right call only when the drink goes in hot — our TR series covers that. Tell us the end use at enquiry and we will say which body to quote rather than defaulting to the cheaper one.
Can we order this glass tumbler with a lid in other capacities?▾
Yes. TX-1004 runs 450 ml, 500 ml and 560 ml on one design, so a mixed-size order still moves as a single production run. A 20 oz glass tumbler with lid sits between our 560 ml and the TR range — send the target capacity and we will confirm which body hits it without new tooling. MOQ is 500 pieces per design.
Is this a glass tumbler with lid and straw? Can it take hot coffee?▾
TX-1004 is a glass tumbler with a lid and straw — sealed bamboo lid, reusable glass straw. On hot drinks be careful how you sell it: the body is high-white (flint) glass, not borosilicate, so it is fine for iced coffee, cold brew and infused water but should not take boiling liquid. If your listing needs to say glass mug with lid and straw for hot coffee, quote our borosilicate TR series instead — we would rather lose the line than have the returns. Straws ship in the same carton.
