What is the minimum order for TX-1006?▾
MOQ depends on the selected model, colour and decoration. For models covered by the confirmed mixed-colour rule, stock colours can be combined to reach 500 pieces total; a custom Pantone colour starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Share the model and colour split and we’ll confirm the applicable minimum before quotation.
Can I put my own logo on TX-1006?▾
Yes. Send your logo artwork for TX-1006, and we will show its size and position on the model. We use silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer and UV printing, with the method chosen to suit the material, finish and artwork. We confirm the print proof and any sample details with you before production.
How do I choose the colour?▾
The stock colours listed for TX-1006 are Ask — stock shades rotate. Send your logo and brand-colour reference; we can prepare a free digital mock-up and compare a suitable colour or finish sample for the selected decoration. The approved reference stays with the order.
What are the payment terms?▾
Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% before shipment. For established customers, balance against a B/L copy is by agreement. The terms are recorded on the proforma invoice.
How much is the freight to my country?▾
Send the models, quantities and delivery destination. We will work out the carton volume and discuss sea, air or delivered options with you. EXW Yongkang and FOB Ningbo/Shanghai can be quoted; DDP is by arrangement where the destination and service allow it. The quote sets out the agreed shipping terms and costs.
How do we develop a new model with you?▾
Send a sketch, drawing or a photo of the shape you have in mind. We will check what can be done with existing moulds and what would need new tooling, then discuss the cost and timing with you. An existing model with your logo, colour and packing can be a useful starting point; we will help you compare the options for your brief.
What does the process look like from enquiry to delivery?▾
Start with the model, quantity, logo, destination and any date you are working toward. We prepare a quotation and confirm the sample or artwork, packing and order details with you. Once those references and the order are confirmed, we follow the agreed production schedule. We keep the approved references with the order for production checks, then arrange the balance, shipment and required documents according to the agreed terms.
Can I split the 500 pieces across colours?▾
Compare the stock colours shown for the selected model with your brand palette. Whether stock colours can be combined and the minimum for a custom Pantone depend on the model. Send the model and preferred colour split and we’ll confirm the available options before quotation.
