Plan a branded drinkware order

Some buyers start with an existing model; others bring a sketch or mould idea. Share your quantity, colour and destination, and we’ll help confirm which sample, packaging and report details apply to your order.

Start with the model or design idea, target quantity, logo and destination. We’ll help compare the available options and confirm the sample, packaging and order terms before production is planned.

Keep design and mould terms clear

Custom-mould ownership and design use are recorded in the project terms. If your drawings or artwork are proprietary, we can agree confidentiality terms before you share them.

Manufacturing details, agreed for your order

We can coordinate the model, artwork, sample, available reports, packaging and shipping details included in your brief. Requirements depend on the product and destination, so we confirm the scope before quoting.

Plan quantity and freight together

A smaller order may need courier shipping, which can cost more per piece. If you have a freight partner or China warehouse, ask us to quote EXW delivery there; we can also compare other routes for the destination and carton volume.

One Contact for Your Label

A named contact helps you choose the model, artwork and packing and identify the existing reports for the order. We reply after reviewing your brief and work through the sample and production details with you.

What we can coordinate for your label

Share the model, destination and order brief. We’ll confirm which options and documents apply before you decide on a sample.

Logo and artwork

Send the selected model and your logo or reference. We’ll review placement, colour and artwork requirements, then confirm whether a mock-up suits the chosen decoration method.

Tooling and samples

For a new shape, share a sketch or drawing so we can discuss tooling scope. For an existing model, logo and colour options depend on that product. We confirm sample scope and costs before arranging it; ownership and permitted use are set out in writing.

Reports for your order

Tell us the model, quantity and reports your order needs. Existing reports go with the goods. For a model that has not been tested, Jupeng covers the agreed new testing on a first order of 1,000 pieces or more; smaller orders carry the testing cost separately. We confirm the scope and timing with you before arranging it.

Packaging, FBA and reorders

Share your box, sleeve, tag, barcode or fulfilment-centre instructions. We’ll confirm the packing and shipping scope for the selected model and destination; approved artwork and order details can help with a repeat order.

Compare the model, quantity and shipping plan

There is no single quantity that suits every launch. Model MOQ, colour, packing and destination all affect the order; we confirm these details in the quotation.

A larger order can spread freight across more pieces, but the actual cost depends on carton size, route and destination. See our shipping guide or tell us if you have a China warehouse or freight partner.

Private Label FAQ

Private label puts your brand on the chosen product, often using an existing body with your colour, logo and packing. OEM can follow that existing-model route; ODM develops a new design with its own tooling. We explain the scope and any agreed mould ownership in the quotation.
Custom-mould ownership and permitted use are set out in the project terms. A catalogue model remains available in our range. If you need exclusive use for a custom design, tell us before development so we can confirm the scope in writing. Confidentiality terms can also be agreed before you share proprietary files.
MOQ depends on the selected model, colour and decoration. For models covered by the confirmed mixed-colour rule, stock colours can be combined to reach 500 pieces total; a custom Pantone colour starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Share the model and colour split and we’ll confirm the applicable minimum before quotation.
Yes. Send the selected styles or models, the number of samples for each and the delivery destination. We will calculate the sample charge and courier together before you pay. PayPal is available; a local account can be used in some regions. For a small payment, we can help cover the local transfer fee; we will confirm the option for your location.

We can review the FBA label and carton instructions as part of the packing brief. Share the current requirements, product model and destination; we’ll confirm the packing and shipping scope before quoting.
A named contact can use the approved product, artwork and packing details as references when planning a reorder. Share the new quantity and destination so we can confirm the current quotation and schedule.

Your contact keeps the selected body, lid, colour, approved logo and packing artwork in one order brief. Send revised files with a clear note about the version they replace. We confirm any change and its cost or timing effect with you before updating the instructions, and keep the approved references for reorders.
