Single-wall, double-wall and vacuum mugs offer different formats. Tell us whether the programme is for a café, a desk, a commute or a gift and we’ll help compare the constructions before choosing the model.
Single-wall. A simple, lighter format for cold drinks, events or a printed promotional cup. The chosen model’s use and care guidance are confirmed with the sample.
Double-wall, non-vacuum. Two layers with an air gap, often with a plastic outer shell and stainless inner. This is a different construction from a vacuum mug; the model specification makes that clear.
A double-wall vacuum mug has the air drawn out between the walls. We confirm that construction and the available performance information for the chosen model, alongside its lid and care guidance.
When you send us a target price and a target performance together, this is the first thing we check — because a price that only works as single-wall cannot be delivered as vacuum, and it is better to say so at quoting stage than to ship it. Every spec sheet on this site states which of the three a model uses; if it is not obvious, ask and we will tell you plainly.
Tell us the programme, budget and way the mug will be used. We can compare the body, lid, artwork and packing around that brief.
Cafés and food service. Tell us the drink, washing routine and logo idea. We can compare a stainless or ceramic-lined interior and show the available logo methods on a sample.
Offices and corporate gifting. Colour, logo placement and the box are often useful starting points. We can compare a desk mug and an insulated carry model around the way the recipient will use it.
Promotional distributors need the model, print area, packing and event date to work together. Single-wall bodies and silk-screen printing are options we can compare. We work with ASI and PPAI member distributors, so we ask for the in-hands date early and plan the approval, production and shipping steps with you. A long-standing programme began at the 2011 Canton Fair with a Budapest-based promotional-gift wholesaler, supplying advertising mugs and car cups for its European reseller network. Approved artwork, samples, packing and document records provide the reference for repeat orders.
For retail and e-commerce programmes, send the barcode files, unit labels and carton instructions with the product brief. Our ZENIC work brought FBA preparation and product supply together, including labels, carton planning and direct shipment to the agreed fulfilment centres. We keep the approved model and packing records for later programmes.
Your approved sample stays with us. The first finished unit is compared with it, and your contact follows up on anything needing attention before the order moves on.

Double-wall without vacuum and double-wall vacuum are different constructions. The selected model’s specification identifies which it uses. Share the use, capacity and required product data so we can compare the body, lid and sample before the order.
Our range includes stainless, Tritan, PP, bamboo-shell and bamboo-fibre models, plus ceramic-lined stainless drinkware. A ceramic-lined mug is coated steel rather than fired ceramic. Tell us the use and capacity so we can compare suitable models and samples.
Thermochromic artwork changes as a single-wall body warms and cools. This effect needs a single-wall model; vacuum models are a different format. On stainless, the effect is a sprayed coating. On plastic, the colour effect is settled with the resin before moulding. Custom runs start at 1,000 pieces, and we can discuss a printed or engraved logo with the artwork.
