In our earliest years, Jupeng manufactured the inner stainless steel vacuum liners that other factories built their travel mugs around. We later grew into finished cups. That background gives our team years of experience with the construction used in today’s travel mugs.

Sizes buyers actually ask for — and which body suits each

“Mini”, “large” and “extra large” mean different things to different buyers, so here is what they map to on our line, with the constraint that decides each one.

Wholesale Travel Mugs FAQ

Will your travel mugs fit a car cup holder?▾

Depends on the model, and it is worth checking before you commit. Standard holders take 70 mm at the base, many take up to 74 mm, and some compact cars stop at 66 mm. Capacity is a poor guide: a tall 16 oz body can fit where a squat 12 oz one does not. Send us the target diameter with the enquiry and we will list the bodies that clear it, rather than you discovering the problem on the sample.

What is the difference between a screw-on lid and a slider?▾

Screw-on, slider and flip lids suit different ways of using a travel mug. A slider is generally for sipping rather than carrying a full mug in a bag. Tell us whether your buyer commutes, drives or uses it at a desk, and we can compare the chosen model’s closure and care guidance on a sample.

Can you do mini travel mugs, or is there a minimum size?▾

Yes. For a compact mug, compare TL-1037 at 8oz, TL-1016 and TL-1019 at 220ml, or TL-1041 at 10oz. Send the capacity, intended use, preferred lid and quantity. We can compare the body and compatible lid together, then quote the model, logo and packing for your programme.

Do you supply travel mugs with silicone grips or sleeves?▾

Grip bands and sleeves are available on selected models. They cover part of the body, so send the model and artwork together and we can show the print area on the proof and sample. The quotation confirms the chosen accessory and colour.

What care guidance can we supply with a travel mug?▾

Your contact can help prepare model-specific care guidance, including cleaning the lid and seal. Ask about the lid structure and any spare seals when reviewing the sample.

Can you do Tritan or plastic travel mugs instead of steel?▾

If you want an all-plastic body, TF-5003 is a single-wall PP option. TL-1033, TL-1034, TL-1036 and TL-1037 combine a PP outer body with a 304 stainless inner. If Tritan is part of your brief, send the capacity, lid style, intended use and reference photo; we will check the model or development options before quoting.

What is the MOQ for wholesale coffee mugs?▾

MOQ depends on the selected model, colour and decoration. For models covered by the confirmed mixed-colour rule, stock colours can be combined to reach 500 pieces total; a custom Pantone colour starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Share the model and colour split and we’ll confirm the applicable minimum before quotation.

Can I order coffee mugs with my logo?▾

Yes. Your logo can go on by laser, silk-screen, UV or full-wrap print, Pantone-matched, with a pre-production sample before bulk.

Do you make insulated travel mugs as well as ceramic-look mugs?▾

Yes — double-wall vacuum travel mugs, single-wall stainless cups and ceramic-look (and inner-ceramic-coated) mugs are all available.

What reports are available for my chosen mug?▾

Existing reports are available for the tested models. Tell us the model, quantity and buyer’s document request and we’ll confirm the scope. For a model needing new testing, the first-order support policy is explained on our reports page.

Can you ship wholesale mugs to Amazon FBA?▾

Yes — FBA cartons, FNSKU/UPC labels and retail packaging, shipped by sea or air to your fulfilment centre.

What is the lead time for a bulk mug order?▾

Can you reproduce an old or discontinued travel mug shape?▾

Send a reference photo and we can check the existing moulds. We still run classic travel-mug shapes and can help compare dimensions and construction. If an existing model fits, we set out the logo and packing options; if it needs new tooling, we explain that separately.

Which sizes, grips and lid styles can I order for wholesale travel mugs, commuter coffee cups and bulk tumblers?▾

Our wholesale travel mugs and bulk tumblers cover mini desk sizes (260 ml–350 ml / 9–12 oz), standard car-cup-holder commuter mugs (380 ml–500 ml / 13–17 oz), and large/extra-large handled tumblers (600 ml–1200 ml / 20–40 oz) at MOQ 500 pcs. You can specify textured silicone grips or hand sleeves, screw-on leak-resistant lids, flip-top sip lids or 2-in-1 straw lids, with SUS 304/316 double-wall vacuum insulation and custom Pantone finishes.
