Seven steps from idea to launch — and a partner for each one.
Start with the customer and intended use, choose an existing model, develop the logo and packing, and confirm the sample and quotation. Include any product-report request and shipment plan before production. The applicable minimum depends on the selected model, colour and decoration.
1. Find your angle
Start with the customer and intended use: commuting, sport, school, a desk or a gift. That gives the model, carrying style and artwork a clear direction.
2. Choose the product & material
Shortlist an existing bottle, tumbler or flask before expanding the range. Compare the actual material, construction, interior finish and weight with the use you have in mind; our material guide shows the options.
3. Find a private-label factory partner
Choose a partner you can talk the brief through with. Agree the sample, artwork, packing and report arrangements early, then confirm who will follow the order and future reorders.
The production line behind a private-label brand — the capacity to scale as you grow
4. Design & sample
Turn the idea into a body, colour and logo layout, then approve a sample before the bulk run. That sample stays with us as the production reference.
5. Arrange the product documents
Share the model and reports your buyer or platform has requested. Existing reports are provided for the models they cover; new testing can be discussed alongside your quantity and launch plan.
6. Brand the product & packaging
Plan the bottle logo, box, sleeve, hang tag and barcode together. We can compare packing options with the budget, sales channel and shipment plan.
7. Launch & scale
Keep the approved sample, artwork and packing references for the next order. Send feedback and updated quantities so we can discuss any changes, quotation and replenishment schedule.
You don’t have to do it alone: the manufacturing side — design help, tooling, samples, certs, packaging, FBA, reorders — can all sit with one private-label partner, so you focus on building the brand.
Start with your target customer, market, intended use, quantity and approximate budget. Share a product reference or the capacity and lid you need; we can compare existing models, a free digital logo mock-up, packing options and any development scope before the sample and quotation.
Do I need my own factory to start a drinkware brand?▾
You can work with Jupeng on an existing model or a development project. Your brand brief sets the product, logo, colour and packing choices, while one named contact follows the sample, quotation and agreed production and shipment details with you.
How much does it cost to start a water bottle brand?▾
The main costs are the product, decoration, packing, sample and shipping. A new shape has a separate mould-development quotation; an existing model avoids a new body mould. Any new report request is discussed with the order.
What certifications does my water bottle brand need?▾
Tell us the model and the documents requested by your buyer or platform. We can explain the existing reports, their submitted samples and scope, and discuss any new report needed for the order. For packaging documents, send the packing brief; we will confirm what can be provided for the selected order.
How should I define the first product idea for my brand?▾
Start with the customer and intended use: commuting, sport, school, a desk or a gift. That gives the model, carrying style and artwork a clear direction.
How should I choose a product and material for the first range?▾
Shortlist an existing bottle, tumbler or flask before expanding the range. Compare the actual material, construction, interior finish and weight with the use you have in mind; our material guide shows the options.
Which sales representative should I contact for samples, mock-ups or a quotation on this topic?▾
