Laser engraving is the correct choice for premium corporate gifts. The logo is permanently etched into the stainless steel — it cannot fade, peel, or scratch off. On a brushed stainless surface, a laser-engraved logo looks like precision manufacturing.
Silk screen printing is appropriate for budget-tier gifts where you need multi-color logos or Pantone-accurate brand colors that can't be achieved through engraving.
The cost difference between laser and silk screen at 500 pcs: $0.20–0.40 per unit in favor of silk screen. For a corporate gift that represents your brand for years, that difference doesn't matter.
Lead Times for Event-Driven Orders
