Your logo is the whole point of a custom bottle, and how it goes on changes its look, durability and cost. We run laser engraving, silk-screen, UV digital and heat-transfer printing in-house, so here is a no-spin guide to which method to ask for.
From our own 1,000-wash abrasion test: a laser-engraved logo failed — faded or lifted — about 89% less often than a single-colour silk-screen over long-term use. That's exactly why we push sport and outdoor bottles toward laser, even though silk-screen is cheaper up front.
Laser Engraving
The laser burns your logo into the metal itself, leaving a permanent etched mark in the steel's natural tone. It never wears off, never fades, and reads as premium — perfect for stainless flasks and corporate gifts. The trade-off: it is single-tone (the colour of the metal), so it is not for multi-colour artwork.
Silk-Screen Printing
Ink is pushed through a stencil onto the bottle, then cured. It is economical, durable, and ideal for one to three solid colours — the workhorse for sports bottles and promotional runs. Each colour is a separate screen, so cost rises with colour count.
UV Digital Printing
UV prints full-colour, photographic artwork directly onto the surface with no per-colour setup, so gradients and detailed designs cost the same as simple ones. Great for complex brand artwork and small-batch variety. It is a surface print, so for heavy daily abrasion we recommend pairing it with the right base coat.
Heat Transfer
A pre-printed film is heat-applied to wrap the bottle, allowing full-body, photo-quality, 360° artwork — the most vivid option for character designs and seasonal SKUs. It is the premium printing route when you want the whole bottle to be the canvas.
