Box styles, contents, MOQ and branding for custom drinkware gift sets.
A drinkware gift set is the first thing your recipient judges — before they ever taste a sip. The bottle matters, but the box, the insert, and the unboxing are what make it feel premium. Here's how we build a gift set that lands — product and packaging together, all in-house.

A typical set pairs a vacuum bottle or tumbler with complementary pieces — a matching mug, accessories, or a branded insert card telling your brand story. See our gift set styles for proven configurations buyers reorder.
The drinkware in a gift set is the easy part. Four other things decide whether the programme works, and they are the ones that get decided late.
The box arrives after the product. This is the single most common way a gift-set programme slips. Printed rigid boxes have their own tooling, their own proofing round and their own lead time — often longer than the bottle itself. If you approve the drinkware in week one and the box artwork in week four, your delivery date is set by week four. Send both briefs together.
The insert does not fit. An EVA or paper insert has to hold the pieces without rattling and without forcing them. Change the bottle at the last minute — a different lid, a slightly wider base — and the insert is wrong. Any late product change means a new insert die, which means another week.
Nobody weighed the finished set. A three-piece stainless set in a rigid box is heavy. For corporate programmes shipped domestically from your warehouse, that is a real per-unit cost that only appears after the sea freight quote. Ask us for the packed weight and carton dimensions at quoting stage, not after.
The pieces do not belong together. A vacuum flask plus two coffee cups is a coherent gift. A vacuum flask plus a plastic sport bottle is two products in a box. Recipients notice the difference immediately, and it is the thing that decides whether a corporate gift gets used or drawered.
Entry — promotional volume. One single-wall or non-vacuum mug in a printed folding carton. Cheapest to ship, largest print area, works at high quantities where cost per unit dominates.
Mid — corporate gifting. A vacuum flask with a matching lidded cup, in a rigid box with an EVA insert. This is the sweet spot: the recipient perceives real value, and the unboxing carries your brand better than an extra piece would.
Premium — client and executive gifts. A vacuum flask plus two cups, or a bamboo-shell flask, in a rigid box with a magnetic closure and a printed card. Bamboo photographs particularly well here because the grain is natural and no two are identical — worth writing into the card rather than treating as a variance.
Across all three, our MOQ is 500 sets. Because a set is multiple lines, tell us the full contents at enquiry — the quote changes substantially depending on whether the pieces share tooling and colour runs.
Every surface is a branding opportunity: laser-engraved bottle, printed box, custom insert card, even the sleeve. We run all of it in-house, so a single order can carry your logo across the product and the packaging consistently.

Standard MOQ is 500 sets per design. Sampling takes 7–10 days; bulk production runs about 30 days after deposit. For event-driven gifting, place the order at least 8 weeks before your deadline to allow for sea freight.
