Bring the gift set and its packing together
Four packing details are useful to settle alongside the drinkware, while there is still time to compare options.
Box artwork and approvals. Send the box brief with the product artwork. We can include proofing, sampling and box production in the same order schedule.
Insert fit. The bottle, lid and accessories determine the insert shape. If a product detail changes, we will discuss any effect on the insert and timing before the packing is confirmed.
Packed weight and cartons. Ask for the finished set’s weight, carton count and dimensions with the quotation; these help you compare freight and local distribution costs.
Contents and audience. A flask with cups, a bottle with accessories or a mixed set can serve different gift briefs. Tell us who will receive it and we can compare combinations with you.
What we would put in a set, by budget
Entry option: a single-wall or non-vacuum mug in a printed folding carton. Compare the model, print area and packed dimensions with the budget and quantity.
Corporate gift option: a vacuum flask and matching lidded cup in a rigid box with an insert. Confirm the contents, fit and artwork together on the sample.
Premium — client and executive gifts. A vacuum flask plus two cups, or a bamboo-shell flask, in a rigid box with a magnetic closure and a printed card. Bamboo photographs particularly well here because the grain is natural and no two are identical — worth writing into the card rather than treating as a variance.
Most gift-set programmes start at 500 sets per design. Send the full contents, colours and packing brief so the minimums and quotation can be confirmed for each part.
Branding the Set
We can coordinate the product logo, printed box and insert card in one packing plan. The approved artwork and sample give the production and packaging teams a shared reference.
