Protein shakers with mixing balls, cage-fit cycling bottles, one-handed sport lids and 2 L motivational jugs. For gyms, supplement brands, sports clubs and event organisers — your logo, from 500 pieces.
A bottle that works perfectly on a desk can fail completely in a gym, and the reasons are specific rather than general. If you are specifying drinkware for a fitness audience, these three decide whether it gets used or left in a locker.
It has to open with one hand, while moving. On a bike, mid-set, or running, the other hand is busy. A screw cap needs two hands and a pause. Push-button flip lids, bounce lids and squeeze spouts exist for exactly this reason — and it is worth noting that button-flip lids outsell twist caps by around 23 % in our own order book, which is not a small preference.
Wet hands change everything. Sweat makes a smooth cylinder slippery. Ribbed bodies, hourglass waists and textured coatings are not styling decisions here — they are what stops the bottle hitting the floor between sets. An hourglass shape like our TA-1008 also happens to be easier to hold one-handed for a long drink.
It has to survive being dropped on a hard floor. Gym floors are rubber over concrete, cycling means tarmac. Tritan and PP take that abuse and stay clear; glass is simply not a candidate. This is one category where plastic is the better engineering answer, not the budget compromise.
All from 500 pieces per design with your logo. Plastic bodies carry BPA-free Tritan or food-grade PP, with FDA and LFGB reports from accredited lab STQ.

TG-1007 — Protein Shaker, 400 ml
The classic shaker with a wire mixing ball and a flip spout. Seven stock colours, the widest print area in the range, and the model most supplement brands start with.

TG-1021 — Shaker with Storage Tray
600 ml with a screw-on compartment underneath for powder, keys or a pre-workout scoop. Solves the problem of carrying a second serving without a second container.

TA-4109 — 2 L Motivational Jug
Time markings up the side, a straw and a carry handle. The hydration-tracking format that took over social feeds — and one of the easiest products to brand, because the printed area is enormous.

TA-4044 — Cycling Bottle, 750 ml
Standard cage diameter, squeezable body, pull spout with a dust cover. The shape is dictated by the bike, not by us — which is exactly why it fits every cage on the market.

TA-1041 — Bounce-Lid Straw Bottle
600 ml. Press the button, the lid springs open, the straw is already there — no unscrewing, no tipping your head back mid-run. One-handed from start to finish.

TA-1042 — Flip-Spout Sport Bottle
750 ml with a streamlined body that fits a backpack side pocket and most cup holders. The all-rounder when the brief is simply “a good gym bottle”.
Fitness drinkware takes more abuse than almost any other category — it gets dropped, thrown into bags with weights and keys, and washed constantly. That narrows the sensible decoration options.
Silk screen is the workhorse here, and it survives well on Tritan and PP. The constraint worth knowing before you brief artwork: it runs one to three flat colours, each colour being a separate screen and a separate pass. A four-colour gym logo is not a small upcharge, it is a different method — UV digital or heat transfer.
Full-wrap designs work beautifully on the 2 L jug and the straight-sided shakers, because there is no compound curve for the film to fight. Heat transfer is the method, and it gives the most complete coverage of anything we run.
Laser engraving does not apply to plastic bodies — it is for stainless. If your programme mixes a steel bottle with a plastic shaker under one brand, expect two different decoration methods and two different visual results. Worth planning for at design stage rather than discovering at sampling.
Minimums: 500 pieces per design in stock colours, 1,000 for a matched Pantone. On plastic, colour is compounded into the resin rather than sprayed on, so a custom colour means a dedicated resin run and purge — the colour is part of the material and cannot chip, but it carries its own minimum.

The bottle is the cheapest brand impression you own. Full-wrap print or laser, and a lid that survives a gym bag.
Bought in volume for member packs. Ask about the seal test with liquid, not the gasket photo.
Leak complaints are the top return reason in this category. Inverted seal test before you commit.
Race and event kits run to a fixed date. Give us the in-hands date at enquiry so we work backwards.

Get a free quote WhatsApp usNo. Soft flasks, hydration bladders and handheld running bottles with straps are outside what we produce — our range is rigid bottles and shakers in Tritan, PP, AS and stainless. If your programme needs soft flasks specifically, we are not the right factory, and we would rather say so than take the order. What we do well for runners is the one-handed lid formats: bounce lids and flip spouts that open without stopping.
Yes — TA-4044 is built to the standard cage diameter, which is why the shape looks like every other cycling bottle you have seen. That is deliberate. This is one product where deviating from the industry silhouette makes it worse, because a bottle that does not seat properly in a cage gets ejected on rough ground. If you want a distinctive look here, put it in the print and the colour rather than the shape.
The wire mixing ball is included as standard on TG-1007, TG-1012, TG-1019 and TG-1020. Branding the ball itself is not practical, but the bottle body, the lid and the packaging all carry your artwork. If you want a coloured lid in a specific Pantone to match your supplement packaging, that is a separate resin run with its own 1,000-piece minimum — worth asking about early, because supplement brands almost always want the lid to match the tub.
No — TA-4109 is single-wall Tritan, so it does not insulate. That is the correct trade for this product: a 2 litre insulated jug would be heavy and expensive, and the point of the format is visible time markings and volume, not temperature. If your customer wants a large insulated bottle instead, look at the stainless vacuum range rather than this one.
Yes — Tritan and food-grade PP, both BPA free. The proof matters more than the claim: FDA 21 CFR, LFGB and EU 1935/2004 reports from accredited lab STQ are downloadable from our certifications page right now, not promised after you order. For gym chains and supplement brands this usually comes up during procurement rather than at enquiry, so having the PDFs in hand saves a week.
500 pieces per design in stock colours. A matched Pantone starts at 1,000 because colour on plastic is compounded into the resin, which means a dedicated run and purge. Sample in 7–10 days, production in 30 days after approval. Gym chains often start with one model in three colours rather than three models in one colour — same visual variety on the shelf, fewer lines, better price on each.
