What minimum quantity applies to folding bottles?▾
MOQ depends on the selected model, colour and decoration. For models covered by the confirmed mixed-colour rule, stock colours can be combined to reach 500 pieces total; a custom Pantone colour starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Share the model and colour split and we’ll confirm the applicable minimum before quotation.
How is the order schedule confirmed?▾
The schedule is confirmed for the selected model, approved sample and artwork, quantity, packing and shipping route. Share your target date early so the steps can be planned together.
What are the standard payment terms?▾
The standard terms are a 30% deposit before production and the 70% balance before shipment. Any agreed variation is recorded in the order confirmation.
How do logo and colour choices move into production?▾
Send the model, quantity, artwork or colour reference and packing brief. We confirm compatible options, prepare the artwork proof and arrange a sample when required. Production timing is agreed after the order details are approved.
Can I request a sample or model-specific documents?▾
Name the exact model and the documents requested by your buyer or broker. We can confirm which reports are available, their stated sample and scope, and whether another document needs to be arranged for the project.
