Can I mix sizes or colours in one order?▾
Yes. The same TG-1019 design across different sizes or colours counts as one order — e.g. 250 × 500ml + 250 of another size still meets the 500-pc MOQ.
Does it keep drinks hot or cold?▾
Not for long — this is a single-wall design made for everyday and sports use, not temperature retention. If you need drinks kept hot or cold, ask us about our double-wall vacuum range and we will point you to the right model.
How do I arrange third-party inspection?▾

What is it made of?▾

Does TG-1019 leak when shaken hard?▾
It passes our 24-hour inverted leak test — filled, sealed, laid on its side and left upside down for a full day, then checked at the thread and the gasket — and it passes vigorous shaking, which for a shaker is the test that matters most. We run it on the production line rather than only on the pre-production sample, because a gasket seats differently once assembly is at speed. One thing worth telling your end users: the seal depends on the thread being clean. Protein powder left in the thread is the most common cause of a shaker that starts leaking after a few months, and it is a cleaning issue rather than a product fault.
Does TG-1019 give the drink a metallic taste?▾
Yes, and it is worth setting expectations with your customer rather than treating it as a defect. Any bottle with a bare stainless interior carries a faint metallic note on first use — it is the steel surface itself, not a coating or a residue. Washing before first use removes most of it, and it fades further over the first week. If you want it gone entirely, specify a ceramic-coated interior instead (our TH series). The ceramic layer sits between the drink and the steel, so there is no metallic note at all — this is where the international premium brands have been moving, and it is one of our strongest capabilities. For a coffee brand in particular, the difference is noticeable enough that buyers ask about it before they order.
