How Each One Is Built

A single-wall bottle has one layer and no insulation gap. A double-wall vacuum bottle has two walls with the air drawn out between them. Heat retention varies with the model, capacity and use.

• Double-wall vacuum: premium retail, gifting, coffee on the go, anything where temperature matters.
• Single-wall: gym and daily-use bottles, sports caps, lightweight outdoor — where the buyer wants durable steel but not insulation.

Three constructions to compare

Single-wall, non-vacuum double-wall and vacuum bodies have different construction. We identify the selected build clearly so the quotation and sample describe the same product.

Single-wall: one layer without an insulation gap. It can suit a lightweight sport or promotional brief; compare the permitted filling temperature, capacity and care information for the actual model.

Double-wall without vacuum. Two layers with an air gap, often a plastic outer shell over a stainless inner. This construction can suit desk and café use. We will identify it clearly when suggesting models.

Double-wall vacuum: the air is drawn out between two walls. Heat retention depends on the model, capacity, lid, fill level and conditions; ask about the information available for your selection.

“Double-wall” describes two layers; confirm separately whether the chosen body is vacuum insulated. We state the selected construction with the model and quotation so the sample and order use the same reference.

Confirm the build in the model details, sample and quote before the order. The production reference should carry the same construction, capacity and lid description.

Compare the actual dimensions, weight and construction alongside decoration and packing. These details help explain quotation differences without using weight alone as a test of vacuum performance.

Why we check this at the liner stage

Vacuum bodies are checked before assembly and finishing, while the order is still in production. The approved sample also stays with us as the reference for the finished piece.

These early checks sit alongside comparison of the first finished piece with the approved sample. We keep the confirmed details present at each stage and follow up on anything needing attention before the run continues.

We can work at that level because it is where this factory started: before selling finished flasks under our own name, we made the vacuum liners other manufacturers built their products around — the inner vessel, and it is the part that decides how well a flask holds temperature.
