What we know about TP-1023 from running it

A closer look at how customers use this model and the details we help them plan.

TP-1023 — What made the second order easy

What made the second order easy

A US e-commerce seller came back at 2,000 pieces on the second run.

For the next run, we keep the approved sample, artwork and packing references together with the same contact following the order. That makes the details easier to pick up again.

That is the part we can commit to repeating — the same contact, the approved sample kept here between runs, and your first unit checked against it when the run starts.

TP-1023 — The problems that brought them here

Keep the confirmed details together

The approved sample, artwork and packing details stay together as the production reference. If a detail could mean two things, we check it with you before the order moves on.

Your approved sample stays with us as the reference. The first finished piece is compared with it, and anything that has moved is adjusted before the rest of the run continues.

TP-1023 — When the date left no slack

Agree a workable schedule before ordering

If your project has a launch or event date, share it with the model and quantity. We’ll review the sample, artwork, production and shipping steps with you, then confirm the schedule for the order.

Sourcing TP-1023? Here is how we run it

Here is how we keep your sample, approved details and order progress together.

✓
You see it before you commit

You review a physical sample. The approved unit stays in the plant as the reference for the run.

✎
The first unit off the line is checked

When bulk production starts, we compare the first unit with your approved sample. If a detail has moved, we check and adjust it before the run continues.

⏱
You hear about problems early

If a date or colour detail changes, your contact lets you know early so we can agree the next step together.

What you are actually buying from us

One contact follows your order, keeps the agreed details together and helps you plan the next step.

  • Before the order. Before anything is quoted we want the destination and the date, because those are the constraints everything else has to fit inside. If the date does not work, you hear that early rather than three weeks before it.
  • During production. Colour, artwork and carton marking each have a named step where you confirm them. If something moves during the run, it is adjusted before the rest is made.
  • After it ships. The person who followed your enquiry keeps the order record. If you need help with a delivery detail or a repeat order, you can pick up the conversation with that contact.
  • One person, start to finish. Your named contact keeps the artwork, samples and order details together, so you can pick up the conversation without starting again.
  • We will tell you when to buy something else. What we are unsure about, you hear about early. A finish we have not run on this body gets flagged before the deposit, not after the sample.
  • Making drinkware since 1998. We work through custom artwork, packing, documents and delivery with buyers, and use the approved order records as the reference for the next step.

Questions buyers ask before the first order

MOQ depends on the selected model, colour and decoration. For models covered by the confirmed mixed-colour rule, stock colours can be combined to reach 500 pieces total; a custom Pantone colour starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Share the model and colour split and we’ll confirm the applicable minimum before quotation.

Yes. Send your logo artwork for TP-1023, and we will show its size and position on the model. We use silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer and UV printing, with the method chosen to suit the material, finish and artwork. We confirm the print proof and any sample details with you before production.

The stock colours listed for TP-1023 are Blue, Green, Black, Red. Send your logo and brand-colour reference; we can prepare a free digital mock-up and compare a suitable colour or finish sample for the selected decoration. The approved reference stays with the order.

Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% before shipment. For established customers, balance against a B/L copy is by agreement. The terms are recorded on the proforma invoice.

Send the models, quantities and delivery destination. We will work out the carton volume and discuss sea, air or delivered options with you. EXW Yongkang and FOB Ningbo/Shanghai can be quoted; DDP is by arrangement where the destination and service allow it. The quote sets out the agreed shipping terms and costs.

Send a sketch, drawing or a photo of the shape you have in mind. We will check what can be done with existing moulds and what would need new tooling, then discuss the cost and timing with you. An existing model with your logo, colour and packing can be a useful starting point; we will help you compare the options for your brief.

Start with the model, quantity, logo, destination and any date you are working toward. We prepare a quotation and confirm the sample or artwork, packing and order details with you. Once those references and the order are confirmed, we follow the agreed production schedule. We keep the approved references with the order for production checks, then arrange the balance, shipment and required documents according to the agreed terms.
Compare the stock colours shown for the selected model with your brand palette. Whether stock colours can be combined and the minimum for a custom Pantone depend on the model. Send the model and preferred colour split and we’ll confirm the available options before quotation.

Your named contact follows the quotation, artwork, samples and shipping arrangements with you. We keep the agreed details together and share the production references with the people handling the order, so a later question or repeat order has a clear starting point.

We can confirm the lid and opening details for your selected TP-1023 variant with the sample. Tell us how the cup will be used and carried, and we can work through the lid choice and sample details with you.
