Best methods for this metal body: Laser engraving (permanent etch, never fades — the premium look buyers expect on steel) · Silk screen (1–3 spot colors, most cost-effective at volume) · Heat transfer (full 360° wrap for photographic art) · UV print (fine detail, optional raised 3D) · Electroplating for metallic finishes.
Color & finish: 100+ powder-coat Pantone colors, matte / gloss / soft-touch. Custom lid colors. Tell us your Pantone codes and we will match.
Packaging: PE bag → printed color gift box (+$0.35–0.55/pc) → retail-ready (UPC, hang tag, Prop 65 label) → multi-piece gift sets. Amazon FBA carton prep and FNSKU labelling on request.
ODM from a sketch: design → 3D CAD → tooling (steel or plastic mould from ~US$2,000–3,000 per part, US$10,000–20,000+ for a complete set, more for a complex design, injection mould quoted per part) → production. Roughly 60-day mould + 30-day production. NDA signed before you share anything.

350 ml suits a strong short drink rather than a working day's water. Espresso runs, tea tastings and children's lines are where it sells. It is quoted in 350 ml and 500 ml, so you can run two shelf positions off one artwork.
Steel is 304 throughout, the grade our EU and FDA reports are written against. each vacuum body is tested for seal before painting, because a failed weld found after decoration is a scrapped unit, not a repair. For branding: silk-screen for flat one-to-three colour marks, heat transfer when artwork wraps the body, laser when the logo has to be permanent.
Packing. 50 pieces per carton (50 pcs/carton · 350ml: 73*37*20.5cm; 500ml: 73*37*22cm · N.W./G.W. 350ml: 11/12kg; 500ml: 12/13kg). That figure is the one we confirm on the pro forma, and the one your forwarder needs before quoting.
The three things buyers worry about most — and exactly how our factory handles each.
Worried about reliable quality? Food-grade 304 steel (316 on request), FDA / LFGB / EU / Prop 65 / GRS certs on hand, a sub-0.5% defect rate and third-party inspection welcome — you approve a sample before we produce anything.
Worried customization is complicated? Send your logo and we handle the rest — 4 in-house decoration methods, full packaging (colour box, UPC, hang tag), your Pantone colours, and your mould stays exclusively yours under NDA.
A Japanese-style matte flask with a slim profile and a PP-and-steel lid — quiet, precise, the anti-loud thermos.
A Japanese-style matte slim thermos in two sizes, 350 and 500 ml — an understated, minimalist flask with a matte finish and a PP-and-steel lid. It has its own production video below. Lifestyle and premium-minimal brands take it for the restrained aesthetic.
Double-wall vacuum, 304 stainless, 350 / 500 ml, with a BPA-free PP outer lid over a steel inner. The matte finish and slim profile are the whole design language — quiet, precise, the anti-loud flask.
A matte slim body suits a small, tone-on-tone mark — restraint is the aesthetic. Laser reads beautifully on matte steel. Keep it minimal; the styling is the product.

MOQ, lead time, payment and customization — the essentials before you enquire.
Yes — this model passes our 24-hour inverted leak test: filled, sealed, laid on its side and left upside down for a full day, then checked for any seepage at the thread and the gasket. It also passes vigorous shaking. We run this on the production line, not only on the pre-production sample, because a gasket that seats correctly on a hand-assembled sample can behave differently once assembly is running at speed. If your buyer transports bottles in a bag with a laptop, ask any supplier whether their leak test is inverted and timed, or just a quick upright check — the two catch different failures.
Yes — and this is the reason buyers pick it over a one-piece lid. The TI-1084 lid separates into two parts: unscrew the upper cap and the tea-strainer layer is exposed underneath, so you can load loose tea leaves directly into it. Because it comes apart, both surfaces and the gasket seat can be reached and dried properly — a sealed lid that cannot be opened is where residue and mould collect on any brand of bottle. If your market drinks loose-leaf tea, this two-part design is usually the deciding feature; if they only drink coffee, a simpler lid costs less and seals just as well.
Yes, and it is worth setting expectations with your customer rather than treating it as a defect. Any bottle with a bare stainless interior carries a faint metallic note on first use — it is the steel surface itself, not a coating or a residue. Washing before first use removes most of it, and it fades further over the first week. If you want it gone entirely, specify a ceramic-coated interior instead (our TH series). The ceramic layer sits between the drink and the steel, so there is no metallic note at all — this is where the international premium brands have been moving, and it is one of our strongest capabilities. For a coffee brand in particular, the difference is noticeable enough that buyers ask about it before they order.
