White Label vs Private Label Drinkware: What's the Difference?
Two routes to your own brand — and which suits you now.
These terms are used differently by buyers and suppliers. An existing model with your logo, a custom colour and box, and a newly developed shape are three practical routes; describe the changes you need in the brief.
White label drinkware
An existing model with your logo is a straightforward starting point. Review the available colours, decoration and packing, then confirm the quotation and sample. The underlying body can be part of a shared model range.
Private label drinkware
Private-label work can combine an existing body with your chosen colour, artwork and box. We confirm the available changes for the model and keep the approved references together for production.
Private label means your colour, logo and finish — the product built around your brand

Which should you choose?
For an existing-model launch, start with the body, logo and available packing, then review a sample.
For a coordinated range, discuss the model, colour, artwork and box together so the quotation covers the whole set.
For a new shape, share drawings or references and agree the development, tooling, ownership and schedule before work begins.
Start with the model and changes your launch needs. Keep the approved product, artwork and packing references so later versions and reorders can be quoted clearly.
What is the difference between white label and private label drinkware?▾
An existing model can carry your logo, while private-label work may also include colour and packing changes. A new shape is a separate development project. Describe the changes you need so both sides are quoting the same scope.
Is white label or private label better for a new drinkware brand?▾
Start with the route that fits your audience and launch plan. We can compare an existing model with a custom finish and box before you decide whether a new shape is needed.
Can I move from white label to private label or a custom design later?▾
Yes, you can discuss further changes for a later order. Keeping the approved sample, artwork and packing references helps us quote the next version; any new finish, tooling or packing is confirmed separately.
What is the minimum order for private label drinkware?▾
MOQ depends on the selected model, colour and decoration. For models covered by the confirmed mixed-colour rule, stock colours can be combined to reach 500 pieces total; a custom Pantone colour starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Share the model and colour split and we’ll confirm the applicable minimum before quotation.
What details should I send for a white-label or private-label quote?▾
Send the model or product type, target quantity, colour split, logo artwork, packing idea and destination. We can confirm the available options and applicable minimum for the selected model.
Can I review a branded sample before confirming the bulk order?▾
Send us the selected styles or models, the number of samples for each and the delivery destination first. We will calculate the sample charge and courier fee together before you pay. Payment is available by PayPal; a local account can be used in some regions. For a small payment, we can help cover the local transfer fee. We will confirm the payment option for your location and the sample timing for the selected model. We will also confirm the sample details to review for the selected decoration.
