References at each production stage
Checks have different roles at different stages. Early body checks take place before finishing; the first finished piece is compared with the approved sample; final inspection follows the agreed order requirements.
The approved sample stays with us as the production reference. Vacuum bodies are checked before finishing, and the first finished piece is compared with that sample before the run continues. Your own inspection plan can be coordinated alongside those steps.
What we actually check
Visual review: product appearance, logo placement and packing are compared with the approved references.
Vacuum-body checks take place at the semi-finished stage, before assembly and finishing, while anything needing attention can be addressed during production.
Lid and accessories: confirm the selected combination against the approved sample.
Logo and packing: compare the artwork, placement, carton count and supplied label files with the agreed references.
Packaging is part of QC, too
Packing is confirmed alongside the product. We can compare a white box, colour box and insert options, then agree the carton counts and markings before the order is packed.
Agree the reference and inspection plan
The first finished piece is compared with the sample you approved. If something has moved, it is adjusted before the run continues. This is one of the ways we keep the confirmed details present at the point where they matter.
Third-party inspection is welcome. Share the plan and checklist early, and we can coordinate the booking alongside the production and shipment schedule.
