TM-1007 1500-2000 ml Handled Vacuum Lunch Box

Model: TM-1007 · OEM/ODM Ready · Jupeng Factory, Yongkang China

The vacuum layer is what makes this work: with almost nothing left to conduct heat away, hot food stays above serving temperature through a working day, and in the larger sizes you can pour in boiling water and raw rice in the morning and open cooked congee at lunch. The inner wall is 304 stainless throughout — the standard for food contact, and what keeps a flask tasting of nothing after a year of coffee. The closure seals inverted, which is the only test that matters for something that travels in a bag.

A buyer in New York orders this one regularly. The orders themselves are for annual company meetings and client visits; they picked this model for the handle, because it presents well as a gift and because we ship it quickly. The ordering pattern: ordering in volume.

The part your end user touches most

It is a latch-lid. Buyers tell us the lid is where their end users complain first — ahead of the finish, ahead of the capacity, ahead of anything on a spec sheet. It is also the part that gets least attention at the quotation stage.

On TM-1007 the lid was chosen for how it gets used rather than for how it photographs. It is built to hold a seal in a bag rather than to survive being shaken upside down; if your programme needs the second, say so and we will point you at a model designed for it rather than sell you this one and have it come back.

Ask for a sample lid and test it the way your end users will — from us or from anyone. Twenty opens a day for a year is a different test from one demonstration on a desk.

What we know about TM-1007 from running it

Not a spec sheet — what buyers actually do with it, why they come back, and what we have had to sort out along the way.

TM-1007 — Where it ends up after you ship it

Where it ends up after you ship it

Your end users put it in more places than a product listing suggests: a desk at work, a car cup holder, a corporate gift box and an event giveaway.

The 1500 ml / 2000 ml was sized for that overlap rather than for one of them — big enough to be worth carrying, small enough that people actually carry it. That is usually what decides whether a promotional piece gets used twice or once.

TM-1007 — The problems that brought them here

The problems that brought them here

lids that leaked in transit

We are not going to claim none of that can ever happen. What we can tell you is where the checks sit: the sample you approve stays in the plant as the reference, the first unit off the bulk line is compared against it, and anything that has moved gets sorted out before the rest of the run continues.

Sourcing TM-1007? Here is how we run it

Three things buyers tell us go wrong on a first order, and what happens here at each.

✓
You see it before you commit

A physical sample, not a rendering. Approve it and that unit stays in the plant as the reference for the run.

✎
The first unit off the line is checked

Bulk starts, we compare unit one against your approved sample, and if something has moved, it gets adjusted before the run continues. Catching a drift there costs an hour.

⏱
You hear about problems early

If a date slips or a colour moves, you get told while there is still time to decide — not when the container lands.

Who orders TM-1007

What you are actually buying from us

A quotation is easy to come by. These are the things that decide whether the second order is easy.

  • Before the order. We read the brief twice — once to quote it, once before the line starts. If a detail could be read two ways, we ask rather than pick one. And if a sibling model fits your programme better, you hear that before you pay a deposit.
  • During production. Checks sit early, where they are cheap: brief before quotation, proof before artwork sign-off, first unit before the run. Nothing reaches production on somebody’s memory of an email.
  • After it ships. When something needs sorting after delivery, you are not explaining your order to somebody new. The file stays with the person who ran it.
  • One person, start to finish. One person owns your enquiry from the first quotation to the shipping confirmation — not a shared inbox, not a hand-off at each stage. The person who priced your order is the one who answers when the artwork changes at 9pm your time.
  • We will tell you when to buy something else. If a sibling model fits your brief better, you will hear that before you pay. Losing one SKU and keeping the account is the better trade for us.
  • Twenty-eight years in this category. Hallmark has been a customer since 2017. Retail vendor compliance, chargeback-sensitive windows and audit paperwork are familiar ground rather than a first time.

For Importers & Wholesalers
  • ✓Most importers have had at least one order where nobody answered for four days. One person owns your enquiry from quotation to shipping confirmation — the same person who priced your cartons is the one who replies when something changes.
  • ✓Pricing structure, documentation, inspection and payment terms — the things you check before a first order — are set out here: Importers & wholesalers →
Wholesale Pricing
For Brand Owners — OEM/ODM
  • ✓A colour that drifts two shades between sample and bulk is the complaint we hear most from brand owners. You approve a sprayed sample before the line starts, and the first unit off the bulk run is compared against it before the rest continues.
  • ✓How private label runs here — artwork, colour approval, tooling, what is yours and what is ours: Brand owners & private label →
Full OEM/ODM Guide →
For Retail Chains
  • ✓Vendor compliance audits ask for documents nobody thinks about until the week before. FDA, LFGB, EU 1935/2004 and Prop 65 reports are downloadable per model, GRS-certified packaging is available through our packaging supplier, and all of it is with report numbers on them, so your compliance team is not waiting on us.
  • ✓Retail compliance, hang tags, Prop 65 labelling and delivery windows: Retail chains →

For Promotional Gift Buyers
  • ✓On a gift programme the date is the product. Tell us the in-hands date at enquiry and we plan backwards from it — and say no early if it does not fit, rather than accepting it and hoping. At 1500 ml / 2000 ml the piece sits in the middle of most gifting budgets, and the latch-lid makes it usable one-handed at an event.

For Hotels, Schools, Cafés, Events & Other End Organisations
  • ✓Organisations rarely need a full container. Mix stock colours within a model, or combine several models into one DDP shipment with one delivery and one invoice.

For E-commerce & Amazon Sellers

Questions buyers ask before the first order

Five hundred pieces per design in the stock colours (the stock shades). A matched Pantone starts at 1,000 — a custom colour is its own spray run rather than a draw from stock. You can mix stock colours to reach the 500, which several buyers do on a first order to see which shade moves.

Yes, from the first 500 pieces — there is no separate logo minimum. Four methods in-house: silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer and UV print. The straight body gives an uninterrupted panel with no seam to work the artwork around. Send a vector file and we return a print proof showing how it sits on this body before anything runs. Tell us the end use and we will say which method we would run and why.

Two routes. Stock colours — the stock shades — ship from inventory at 500 pieces per design, so a sample reaches you without waiting on a spray run. A matched Pantone runs from 1,000 pieces as its own spray batch: you send the Pantone reference, we spray a sample, you approve it, and only then does the line start. The first unit off the bulk run is then compared against that approved sample before the rest continues.

30% deposit to start production, 70% before shipment. On smaller orders we often settle the whole amount against the proforma invoice instead — two transfers cost both sides bank charges that are not worth paying on a modest total. Either way the terms go in writing on the PI rather than being agreed later. If your company has its own process, tell us early and we will work to it.

Freight is worked out per order rather than from a table, because it depends on the cubic volume and how you want it shipped. Once you have picked the models and settled the quantity, send us the delivery address and we come back with the carton count, the cubic and the freight — by sea, by air or door-to-door, whichever suits the date you are working to. Ask for FOB and DDP side by side if you want to compare handling the import yourself against one delivered price.

Send a drawing, a photo of something close, or just describe it. We come back with what is feasible on our existing tooling and what needs new tooling, with the cost and the lead time for each — before you commit to either. Most programmes start on an existing body with your own colour, logo and packaging; new tooling makes sense once the volume justifies it, and we will say plainly when it does not.

Six steps, and you set the pace at each one. 1. Send the enquiry — quantity, destination, and the in-hands date if you have one. 2. The quotation comes back with carton cubic already in it, so you can model landed cost before replying rather than asking for it. 3. Take a sample if you want one — or order straight from artwork if you already know the model. 4. Proforma invoice, then the deposit. 5. Production, 30 days from artwork approval; the first unit off the line is checked against the reference you approved. 6. Balance, then shipment with the full document set.

Double-wall 304 stainless throughout — the standard for food contact in this category. The grade is marked on the unit. Styles change fast here, so test reports are held per model: if this one has been tested, the report goes with your shipment; if it has not, we can run a new test on a first order. If your market or your customer asks for something beyond that, tell us at enquiry and we will say what can be arranged and what it costs.

Yes. FNSKU labels, Prop 65 stickers, suffocation warnings and FBA-spec carton marking are done here, and cartons ship direct to fulfilment centres.

Standard export pack as quoted. Beyond that: printed colour box, your own box design, printed UPC or EAN, hang tags and compliance labels — each is its own tooling and proofing round, so we itemise them rather than folding them into the unit price. Tell us where it is going on the shelf and we will say what that market usually expects.
