Questions buyers ask before the first order

MOQ depends on the selected model, colour and decoration. For models covered by the confirmed mixed-colour rule, stock colours can be combined to reach 500 pieces total; a custom Pantone colour starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Share the model and colour split and we’ll confirm the applicable minimum before quotation.

Yes. Send your logo artwork for TH-1009, and we will show its size and position on the model. We use silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer and UV printing, with the method chosen to suit the material, finish and artwork. We confirm the print proof and any sample details with you before production.

Compare the stock colours shown for the selected model with your brand palette. Whether stock colours can be combined and the minimum for a custom Pantone depend on the model. Send the model and preferred colour split and we’ll confirm the available options before quotation.

Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% before shipment. For established customers, balance against a B/L copy is by agreement. The terms are recorded on the proforma invoice.

EXW Yongkang and FOB Ningbo/Shanghai can be quoted; DDP is by arrangement where the destination and service allow it. The quote sets out the agreed shipping terms and costs.

An existing model with your logo, colour and packing can be a useful starting point; we will help you compare the options for your brief.

Once those references and the order are confirmed, we follow the agreed production schedule. We keep the approved references with the order for production checks, then arrange the balance, shipment and required documents according to the agreed terms.
Send us the selected styles or models, the number of samples for each and the delivery destination first. We will calculate the sample charge and courier fee together before you pay. Payment is available by PayPal; a local account can be used in some regions. For a small payment, we can help cover the local transfer fee. We will confirm the payment option for your location and the sample timing for the selected model.

TH-1009 uses double-wall vacuum construction. Retention depends on the capacity, starting temperature, fill level and how often the lid is opened. Share the time and temperature you need for your programme; we can check the available model information and sample arrangements with you.
