For a tea flask, the inside matters more than the outside. Here is why the ceramic lining makes the TH-1001 450ml Ceramic-Lined Tea Thermos a genuine upgrade your buyers can taste:
Fill with 95°C water. The ceramic-lined vacuum body holds temperature noticeably longer than ordinary steel flasks.
The chemically-stable ceramic inner means you can brew different teas in the same cup with zero flavour carry-over — no metal taste, no heavy-metal leaching, and it rinses clean with no tea stains. Tea-water separation gives a real three-in-one cup that holds hot or cold for hours.
Construction: 18/8 (304) food-grade stainless steel, double-wall vacuum sealed, with a food-grade ceramic coating sprayed over the entire inner wall. The ceramic layer is chemically stable — drinks never touch bare metal, so there is no metallic taste and no flavour carried from one drink to the next. It wipes clean with no tea or coffee staining.
Capacity 450ml. Double-wall vacuum keeps drinks hot and cold for hours. Every unit passes a vacuum-integrity check before painting, and the ceramic interior is inspected for full, even coverage including around the neck thread.
Buyer fit: importers and brand owners wanting a healthier, premium tea/coffee story; retail and chain-supermarket lines that need a clean shelf claim; promotional and gift programmes; Amazon and e-commerce sellers who want a differentiated "ceramic-lined, no metal taste" listing.
Putting your brand on the TH-1001: send your vector logo and we return a print proof within 24 hours — production only starts after you approve it.
Best methods for this body: Laser engraving (permanent etch on the steel exterior, premium look) · Silk screen (1–3 spot colours, cost-effective at volume) · Heat transfer (full 360° wrap for photographic art) · UV print (fine detail, optional 3D). The ceramic coating is on the inside only, so all branding goes on the painted steel exterior for a clean, durable finish.
Colour & finish: in-stock colours from MOQ 500; custom Pantone-matched bodies from MOQ 1000. Matte, gloss and soft-touch finishes. Tell us your Pantone codes and we will match. Ceramic interior available in white and other colours on request.
Packaging: color box → printed gift box → retail-ready (UPC, hang tag, Prop 65 label) → gift sets. Amazon FBA carton prep and FNSKU labelling on request.
ODM from a sketch: design → 3D CAD → tooling (steel or plastic mould from ~US$2,000–3,000 per part) → production. Roughly 60-day mould + 30-day production. NDA signed before you share anything.

At 450 ml this sits in the sweet spot for staff gifts and conference bags — the size people actually take home rather than leave in a drawer.
This one is ceramic-lined. The coating is inert and food-grade, certified separately from the steel, and it is why repeat buyers of this model tend to be tea and specialty-coffee brands. The body is 18/8 (304) food-grade steel — never 201, on anything we ship. the vacuum is welded and pump-tested in-house before the body reaches the paint line. Decoration is silk-screen, heat transfer, UV or laser — all four in-house, which is why we can change method mid-quote without changing supplier.
Packing. Cartons hold 50 pieces (50 pcs/carton · 73*37*22cm · N.W./G.W. 12/13kg). If you are comparing our price against another quote, compare cartons too — pieces per carton moves landed cost more than unit price does.
The three things buyers worry about most — and exactly how our factory handles each.
Worried about reliable quality? Food-grade 304 steel (316 on request), FDA / LFGB / EU / Prop 65 / GRS certs on hand, a sub-0.5% defect rate and third-party inspection welcome — you approve a sample before we produce anything.
Worried customization is complicated? Send your logo and we handle the rest — 4 in-house decoration methods, full packaging (colour box, UPC, hang tag), your Pantone colours, and your mould stays exclusively yours under NDA.
A food-grade ceramic layer over the steel means tea and coffee never taste of metal — and the smooth lining rinses clean.
A 450 ml ceramic-lined tea thermos — the whole point is the inner coating. A food-grade ceramic layer over the 304 steel means the flask never picks up a metallic taste, which matters when the drink is tea or coffee rather than water. Tea brands, cafés and premium-gift programmes take it for exactly that.
Double-wall vacuum, 304 stainless, with an inner ceramic coating; 450 ml, black and white in stock. The ceramic lining is smooth and non-porous, so it rinses clean and does not hold flavour or stain between brews. Real vacuum insulation holds temperature for hours.
A clean body takes a laser or UV mark well. The ceramic lining is internal, so it never affects decoration — brand the outside as normal. Two stock colours base a single-colour logo cleanly.

MOQ, lead time, payment and customization — the essentials before you enquire.
Yes — this model passes our 24-hour inverted leak test: filled, sealed, laid on its side and left upside down for a full day, then checked for any seepage at the thread and the gasket. It also passes vigorous shaking. We run this on the production line, not only on the pre-production sample, because a gasket that seats correctly on a hand-assembled sample can behave differently once assembly is running at speed. If your buyer transports bottles in a bag with a laptop, ask any supplier whether their leak test is inverted and timed, or just a quick upright check — the two catch different failures.
No — and that is the point of this model. TH-1001 has a ceramic-coated interior, not bare stainless, so the drink never touches the steel and there is no metallic note, on the first use or later. This matters most for coffee and for lightly flavoured tea, where a metallic edge is noticeable enough that end users comment on it. Ceramic-lined interiors are the direction the international premium brands have been moving, and it is one of our strongest lines. The trade-off is honest: a ceramic interior costs more than bare steel and is less tolerant of being scraped with metal utensils.
Our sprayed finishes test to 3H pencil hardness. In practical terms that means the coating resists keys, zips and normal desk contact, but it is not armour — a drop onto concrete will still mark it, on any brand. Two things decide how a coating behaves in real use: hardness, which we can quote and test, and adhesion, which is what actually stops paint peeling at an edge. When you compare quotes, ask for the pencil-hardness figure rather than a description like “durable coating” — it is a number you can hold a supplier to.
