Questions buyers ask before the first order

For TI-1065, the minimum for stock colours is 500 pieces total and stock colours may be combined to reach that amount. A custom Pantone colour starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. We’ll confirm current colour options in the quotation.

Once those references and the order are confirmed, we follow the agreed production schedule. We keep the approved references with the order for production checks, then arrange the balance, shipment and required documents according to the agreed terms.
Send us the selected styles or models, the number of samples for each and the delivery destination first. We will calculate the sample charge and courier fee together before you pay. Payment is available by PayPal; a local account can be used in some regions. For a small payment, we can help cover the local transfer fee. We will confirm the payment option for your location and the sample timing for the selected model.

TI-1065 uses double-wall vacuum construction. Retention depends on the capacity, starting temperature, fill level and how often the lid is opened. Share the time and temperature you need for your programme; we can check the available model information and sample arrangements with you.
