TR-1033 300 ml Relief-Cut Glass Tumbler

Model: TR-1033 · OEM/ODM Ready · Jupeng Factory, Yongkang China

Thickened borosilicate glass, which handles thermal shock and survives long-haul freight far better than the thin-wall glass that dominates the low end of this category. The relief pattern is cut deep enough to read as deliberate rather than as a moulding artefact, which is the difference between a gift-shelf product and a commodity one. Buyers usually reach this page looking for glass juice bottles wholesale; if that is your brief, the figures below are the ones you will be quoted from.

A supermarket chain in London, the UK orders this one regularly. Packed into gift sets rather than sold as a single unit.

Which decoration survives the end use

The body gives you an uninterrupted panel — no curve to fight, no seam to work the artwork around, and 1 stock colours to place it on. That matters more than the size of the print area, because a mark that crosses a seam never looks right no matter how good the artwork.

Engraving is cut into the metal, so there is nothing to lift. Printed marks vary by method: UV and heat transfer generally hold up better than silk screen, though none of them match engraving under repeated commercial dishwashing. Rather than give you a rule, tell us the end use — a gym, a canteen, a hotel and a desk gift each wear differently, and we will say which method we would run and why.

Stock colours are Clear, ready from 500 pieces. A matched Pantone is its own spray run from 1,000, with a spray sample you approve before the line starts.

What we know about TR-1033 from running it

Not a spec sheet — what buyers actually do with it, why they come back, and what we have had to sort out along the way.

TR-1033 — What made the second order easy

What made the second order easy

A buyer came back for a second run.

When we asked what decided it, none of the answers were about the flask itself: their support inbox stayed quiet. A second order is easy when the first one gave nobody any trouble.

That is the part we can commit to repeating — the same contact, the approved sample kept here between runs, and your first unit checked against it when the run starts.

TR-1033 — Where it ends up after you ship it

Where it ends up after you ship it

Your end users put it in more places than a product listing suggests: a corporate gift box and a cold drink in summer.

The 300 ml was sized for that overlap rather than for one of them — big enough to be worth carrying, small enough that people actually carry it. That is usually what decides whether a promotional piece gets used twice or once.

TR-1033 — The shelves it is on today

The shelves it is on today

TR-1033 is not a new mould waiting for its first order. TR-1033 is already on shelves with a UK buyer.

That spread is why we keep it in stock rather than making it to order — and why a first order of 500 does not wait for a production slot.

Sourcing TR-1033? Here is how we run it

Three things buyers tell us go wrong on a first order, and what happens here at each.

✓
You see it before you commit

A physical sample, not a rendering. Approve it and that unit stays in the plant as the reference for the run.

✎
The first unit off the line is checked

Bulk starts, we compare unit one against your approved sample, and if something has moved, it gets adjusted before the run continues. Catching a drift there costs an hour.

⏱
You hear about problems early

If a date slips or a colour moves, you get told while there is still time to decide — not when the container lands.

Who orders TR-1033

What you are actually buying from us

A quotation is easy to come by. These are the things that decide whether the second order is easy.

  • Before the order. We read the brief twice — once to quote it, once before the line starts. If a detail could be read two ways, we ask rather than pick one. And if a sibling model fits your programme better, you hear that before you pay a deposit.
  • During production. Checks sit early, where they are cheap: brief before quotation, proof before artwork sign-off, first unit before the run. Nothing reaches production on somebody’s memory of an email.
  • After it ships. When something needs sorting after delivery, you are not explaining your order to somebody new. The file stays with the person who ran it.
  • One person, start to finish. One person owns your enquiry from the first quotation to the shipping confirmation — not a shared inbox, not a hand-off at each stage. The person who priced your order is the one who answers when the artwork changes at 9pm your time.
  • We will tell you when to buy something else. If a sibling model fits your brief better, you will hear that before you pay. Losing one SKU and keeping the account is the better trade for us.
  • Twenty-eight years in this category. Hallmark has been a customer since 2017. Retail vendor compliance, chargeback-sensitive windows and audit paperwork are familiar ground rather than a first time.

Which Buyer Are You? We Have Answers Ready.

For Importers & Wholesalers
  • ✓A container that clears customs a week late costs more than the discount you negotiated. We ask for the destination at enquiry so the paperwork is prepared for that market rather than assembled while the box sits at the port.
  • ✓Pricing structure, documentation, inspection and payment terms — the things you check before a first order — are set out here: Importers & wholesalers →
Wholesale Pricing
For Brand Owners — OEM/ODM
  • ✓A logo that looks right in a mockup can fail in the end use — a printed logo in a canteen, an engraved one on a colour you wanted to pop. Tell us where it is going and we will say which method we would run and why, before you order.
  • ✓How private label runs here — artwork, colour approval, tooling, what is yours and what is ours: Brand owners & private label →
Full OEM/ODM Guide →
For Retail Chains
  • ✓Retail buyers get charged back for things the factory never saw: a barcode that will not scan, a carton that breaks the planogram, a delivery outside the window. Barcodes are scan-tested before the carton is sealed.
  • ✓Retail compliance, hang tags, Prop 65 labelling and delivery windows: Retail chains →
Read Hallmark Case →
For Promotional Gift Buyers
  • ✓Five hundred pieces is a real minimum here, not a number we push you past. Company events, one-off conferences and store openings work at that scale — you do not have to find 5,000 to justify a setup charge.
  • ✓Lead times against a fixed event date, logo options, and what 500 pieces actually buys you: Promotional & gifting →
Gift Solutions →
For Hotels, Schools, Cafés, Events & Other End Organisations
  • ✓An opening date or an event date cannot move. We work backwards from it, and if it is not achievable you hear that before you pay rather than two weeks before the date.
  • ✓How DDP works, what it covers and where a local importer of record is still needed: DDP door-to-door →
See the DDP door-to-door service →
For E-commerce & Amazon Sellers
  • ✓FBA rejections are usually about labelling, not the product. FNSKU labels, Prop 65 stickers, suffocation warnings and carton marking are applied here to FBA spec, and cartons ship direct to fulfilment centres.
  • ✓FBA prep, labelling, carton specs and the other platforms we ship for: E-commerce & Amazon →

Questions buyers ask before the first order

Five hundred pieces per design in the stock colours (Clear). A matched Pantone starts at 1,000 — a custom colour is its own spray run rather than a draw from stock. You can mix stock colours to reach the 500, which several buyers do on a first order to see which shade moves.

Yes, from the first 500 pieces — there is no separate logo minimum. Four methods in-house: silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer and UV print. The straight body gives an uninterrupted panel with no seam to work the artwork around. Send a vector file and we return a print proof showing how it sits on this body before anything runs. Tell us the end use and we will say which method we would run and why.

Two routes. Stock colours — Clear — ship from inventory at 500 pieces per design, so a sample reaches you without waiting on a spray run. A matched Pantone runs from 1,000 pieces as its own spray batch: you send the Pantone reference, we spray a sample, you approve it, and only then does the line start. The first unit off the bulk run is then compared against that approved sample before the rest continues.

30% deposit to start production, 70% before shipment. On smaller orders we often settle the whole amount against the proforma invoice instead — two transfers cost both sides bank charges that are not worth paying on a modest total. Either way the terms go in writing on the PI rather than being agreed later. If your company has its own process, tell us early and we will work to it.

Freight is worked out per order rather than from a table, because it depends on the cubic volume and how you want it shipped. Once you have picked the models and settled the quantity, send us the delivery address and we come back with the carton count, the cubic and the freight — by sea, by air or door-to-door, whichever suits the date you are working to. Ask for FOB and DDP side by side if you want to compare handling the import yourself against one delivered price.

Send a drawing, a photo of something close, or just describe it. We come back with what is feasible on our existing tooling and what needs new tooling, with the cost and the lead time for each — before you commit to either. Most programmes start on an existing body with your own colour, logo and packaging; new tooling makes sense once the volume justifies it, and we will say plainly when it does not.

Six steps, and you set the pace at each one. 1. Send the enquiry — quantity, destination, and the in-hands date if you have one. 2. The quotation comes back with carton cubic already in it, so you can model landed cost before replying rather than asking for it. 3. Take a sample if you want one — or order straight from artwork if you already know the model. 4. Proforma invoice, then the deposit. 5. Production, 30 days from artwork approval; the first unit off the line is checked against the reference you approved. 6. Balance, then shipment with the full document set.

Depends on the stage, and we will tell you plainly which. Artwork and colour can move before the line is set; quantity is usually workable while material is still being prepared; once the run has started, changes mean a new run. Ask as early as you can and we will say what is still open rather than quietly absorbing it and missing your date.

Each piece goes in a plain white box, then 50 to an export carton at 51X51X22CM. Cartons are marked to your instruction — shipping marks, FBA labels, retailer carton codes. If your warehouse has a pallet spec or a height limit, send it at enquiry and we plan the load around it rather than after.

Five hundred pieces in a stock colour, split across 1 shades if you want to see which moves. That is 10 cartons — small enough to air-freight if the date is tight, and enough to give you real sell-through data rather than a guess.
