Thickened borosilicate glass, which handles thermal shock and survives long-haul freight far better than the thin-wall glass that dominates the low end of this category. The closure seals inverted, which is the only test that matters for something that travels in a bag. Buyers usually reach this page looking for glass mugs bulk; if that is your brief, the figures below are the ones you will be quoted from.
An events company in Australia orders this one regularly. The orders themselves are for event giveaways and trade-show giveaways; they picked this model because it is small enough to hand out and carry and because the shape reads as designed rather than generic.

Anything missing? Ask and it goes in this table rather than in an email.
The body gives you an uninterrupted panel — no curve to fight, no seam to work the artwork around, and 1 stock colours to place it on. That matters more than the size of the print area, because a mark that crosses a seam never looks right no matter how good the artwork.
Engraving is cut into the metal, so there is nothing to lift. Printed marks vary by method: UV and heat transfer generally hold up better than silk screen, though none of them match engraving under repeated commercial dishwashing. Rather than give you a rule, tell us the end use — a gym, a canteen, a hotel and a desk gift each wear differently, and we will say which method we would run and why.
Stock colours are Clear, ready from 500 pieces. A matched Pantone is its own spray run from 1,000, with a spray sample you approve before the line starts.
Not a spec sheet — what buyers actually do with it, why they come back, and what we have had to sort out along the way.

A buyer came to us with a run, on a date that left no slack.
We took it because we could see how it would work, not because we wanted the order. The buyer knew the plan before the deposit was paid.
They placed the next order off the back of it.

lids that leaked in transit
We are not going to claim none of that can ever happen. What we can tell you is where the checks sit: the sample you approve stays in the plant as the reference, the first unit off the bulk line is compared against it, and anything that has moved gets sorted out before the rest of the run continues.
A gift company came back for a second run.
When we asked what decided it, none of the answers were about the flask itself: nothing came back leaking or chipped and their support inbox stayed quiet. A second order is easy when the first one gave nobody any trouble.
That is the part we can commit to repeating — the same contact, the approved sample kept here between runs, and your first unit checked against it when the run starts.
Your end users put it in more places than a product listing suggests: a desk at work, a car cup holder, a corporate gift box and an event giveaway.
The 200 ml was sized for that overlap rather than for one of them — big enough to be worth carrying, small enough that people actually carry it. That is usually what decides whether a promotional piece gets used twice or once.
Three things buyers tell us go wrong on a first order, and what happens here at each.
A physical sample, not a rendering. Approve it and that unit stays in the plant as the reference for the run.
Bulk starts, we compare unit one against your approved sample, and if something has moved, it gets adjusted before the run continues. Catching a drift there costs an hour.
If a date slips or a colour moves, you get told while there is still time to decide — not when the container lands.
A quotation is easy to come by. These are the things that decide whether the second order is easy.

Five hundred pieces per design in the stock colours (Clear). A matched Pantone starts at 1,000 — a custom colour is its own spray run rather than a draw from stock. You can mix stock colours to reach the 500, which several buyers do on a first order to see which shade moves.
Yes, from the first 500 pieces — there is no separate logo minimum. Four methods in-house: silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer and UV print. The straight body gives an uninterrupted panel with no seam to work the artwork around. Send a vector file and we return a print proof showing how it sits on this body before anything runs. Tell us the end use and we will say which method we would run and why.
Two routes. Stock colours — Clear — ship from inventory at 500 pieces per design, so a sample reaches you without waiting on a spray run. A matched Pantone runs from 1,000 pieces as its own spray batch: you send the Pantone reference, we spray a sample, you approve it, and only then does the line start. The first unit off the bulk run is then compared against that approved sample before the rest continues.
30% deposit to start production, 70% before shipment. On smaller orders we often settle the whole amount against the proforma invoice instead — two transfers cost both sides bank charges that are not worth paying on a modest total. Either way the terms go in writing on the PI rather than being agreed later. If your company has its own process, tell us early and we will work to it.
Freight is worked out per order rather than from a table, because it depends on the cubic volume and how you want it shipped. Once you have picked the models and settled the quantity, send us the delivery address and we come back with the carton count, the cubic and the freight — by sea, by air or door-to-door, whichever suits the date you are working to. Ask for FOB and DDP side by side if you want to compare handling the import yourself against one delivered price.
Send a drawing, a photo of something close, or just describe it. We come back with what is feasible on our existing tooling and what needs new tooling, with the cost and the lead time for each — before you commit to either. Most programmes start on an existing body with your own colour, logo and packaging; new tooling makes sense once the volume justifies it, and we will say plainly when it does not.
Six steps, and you set the pace at each one. 1. Send the enquiry — quantity, destination, and the in-hands date if you have one. 2. The quotation comes back with carton cubic already in it, so you can model landed cost before replying rather than asking for it. 3. Take a sample if you want one — or order straight from artwork if you already know the model. 4. Proforma invoice, then the deposit. 5. Production, 30 days from artwork approval; the first unit off the line is checked against the reference you approved. 6. Balance, then shipment with the full document set.
Double-wall borosilicate glass throughout — the standard for food contact in this category. The grade is marked on the unit. Styles change fast here, so test reports are held per model: if this one has been tested, the report goes with your shipment; if it has not, we can run a new test on a first order. If your market or your customer asks for something beyond that, tell us at enquiry and we will say what can be arranged and what it costs.
Yes. FNSKU labels, Prop 65 stickers, suffocation warnings and FBA-spec carton marking are done here, and cartons ship direct to fulfilment centres. Unit weight is around 200 g, which decides your size tier and per-unit fee.
Standard export pack as quoted. Beyond that: printed colour box, your own box design, printed UPC or EAN, hang tags and compliance labels — each is its own tooling and proofing round, so we itemise them rather than folding them into the unit price. Tell us where it is going on the shelf and we will say what that market usually expects.
