TN-1008 300 ml Titanium Vacuum Open Cup

Model: TN-1008 · OEM/ODM Ready · Jupeng Factory, Yongkang China

The vacuum layer is what makes this work: with the air drawn out between the walls there is almost nothing left to conduct heat away, so a hot drink is still hot at the end of a working day and ice is still ice. Solid titanium through the wall — not a plated finish. There is no coating layer that can chip, and titanium does not hold flavour between a coffee one day and tea the next. The crystal-grain finish is produced by heat on the metal itself, not printed on, so it cannot wear off — but it also means the pattern has to be held within a narrow temperature window to stay even across a batch.

An outdoor and camping specialist in Europe and North America takes this one for outdoor users. It also goes through a wholesaler.

Every photo, and what it tells you

Product photos usually show you the same thing six times. These six each answer a different question a buyer asked us about TN-1008.

TN-1008 — Starting quantity
Starting quantity Five hundred pieces per design, 300 ml. Several buyers split that first 500 across shades to see which one moves before committing to a bigger run — we are happy to work that way.
TN-1008 — Colours
Colours Purple, Blue, Orange, Yellow are held in stock, so a sample can go out without waiting on a spray run. For your own brand colour, a matched Pantone is its own spray batch from 1,000 pieces, and you approve a sprayed sample before the line starts.
TN-1008 — What it is made of
What it is made of Double-wall vacuum construction, pure titanium in contact with the drink. Our FDA and LFGB reports cover the finished product, and they travel with the shipment as standard rather than on request.
TN-1008 — Who you deal with
Who you deal with One person, from the first quotation to the shipping confirmation. Whoever prices your order is the one who answers when the artwork changes, and the one still on it after the shipment leaves.
TN-1008 — Timing
Timing Around 30 days from artwork approval, plus 7–10 days if you want a sample first. Tell us the date you need it in hand and we plan backwards from there, and say early if it does not fit rather than accepting it and hoping.
TN-1008 — Your logo
Your logo Silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer and UV print, all in-house, on any of the 4 stock colours. Send your artwork and a print proof comes back showing how it will sit on this piece — before anything runs, so there are no surprises at the sample stage.

Anything missing? Ask and it goes in this table rather than in an email.

What your artwork will actually look like

The body gives you an uninterrupted panel — no curve to fight, no seam to work the artwork around, and 4 stock colours to place it on. That matters more than the size of the print area, because a mark that crosses a seam never looks right no matter how good the artwork.

Engraving is cut into the metal, so there is nothing to lift. Printed marks vary by method: UV and heat transfer generally hold up better than silk screen, though none of them match engraving under repeated commercial dishwashing. Rather than give you a rule, tell us the end use — a gym, a canteen, a hotel and a desk gift each wear differently, and we will say which method we would run and why.

Stock colours are Purple, Blue, Orange, Yellow, ready from 500 pieces. A matched Pantone is its own spray run from 1,000, with a spray sample you approve before the line starts.

Sourcing TN-1008? Here is how we run it

Three things buyers tell us go wrong on a first order, and what happens here at each.

You see it before you commit

A physical sample, not a rendering. Approve it and that unit stays in the plant as the reference for the run.

The first unit off the line is checked

Bulk starts, we compare unit one against your approved sample, and the line stops if it does not match. Catching a drift there costs an hour.

You hear about problems early

If a date slips or a colour moves, you get told while there is still time to decide — not when the container lands.

Who orders TN-1008

What you are actually buying from us

A quotation is easy to come by. These are the things that decide whether the second order is easy.

  • Before the order. We read the brief twice — once to quote it, once before the line starts. If a detail could be read two ways, we ask rather than pick one. And if a sibling model fits your programme better, you hear that before you pay a deposit.
  • During production. Checks sit early, where they are cheap: brief before quotation, proof before artwork sign-off, first unit before the run. Nothing reaches production on somebody’s memory of an email.
  • After it ships. When something needs sorting after delivery, you are not explaining your order to somebody new. The file stays with the person who ran it.
  • One person, start to finish. One person owns your enquiry from the first quotation to the shipping confirmation — not a shared inbox, not a hand-off at each stage. The person who priced your order is the one who answers when the artwork changes at 9pm your time.
  • We will tell you when to buy something else. If a sibling model fits your brief better, you will hear that before you pay. Losing one SKU and keeping the account is the better trade for us.
  • Twenty-eight years in this category. Hallmark has been a customer since 2017. Retail vendor compliance, chargeback-sensitive windows and audit paperwork are familiar ground rather than a first time.

Which Buyer Are You? We Have Answers Ready.

For Importers & Wholesalers
  • Steel grade is the one thing you cannot check from a photograph. On this model the grade is laser-marked on the base of the inner liner, so your QC reads it on arrival rather than taking anyone’s word for it.
  • Pricing structure, documentation, inspection and payment terms — the things you check before a first order — are set out here: Importers & wholesalers →
Wholesale Pricing
For Brand Owners — OEM/ODM
  • Brand owners usually discover the packaging budget late. Retail box, printed UPC or EAN, hang tags and compliance labels are their own tooling and proofing round — we itemise them rather than folding them into a unit price.
  • How private label runs here — artwork, colour approval, tooling, what is yours and what is ours: Brand owners & private label →

For Retail Chains
  • A shelf date that moves is worse than a shelf date that is long. We plan backwards from your delivery window and say early if it does not fit, rather than accepting it and hoping the line catches up.
  • Retail compliance, hang tags, Prop 65 labelling and delivery windows: Retail chains →

For Promotional Gift Buyers
  • A logo that scuffs off after a season turns a gift into a complaint. Engraving is cut into the metal; printed marks vary by method. Say where it is going and we will tell you which one we would run.
  • Lead times against a fixed event date, decoration choices, and what 500 pieces actually buys you: Promotional & gifting →

For Hotels, Schools, Cafés, Events & Other End Organisations
  • If this is for your own hotel, school, café or event, the part that stops most first-time buyers is the import itself — the licence, the broker, the duty invoice nobody warned them about. Ask for a DDP quote and that layer goes away.
  • How DDP works, what it covers and where a local importer of record is still needed: DDP door-to-door →

For E-commerce & Amazon Sellers
  • Unit weight and carton dimensions decide your size tier and per-unit fee before you sell anything. This one works out around 140 g a piece. Send your FBA plan and we confirm the numbers before you book.

Questions buyers ask before the first order

Five hundred pieces per design in the stock colours (Purple, Blue, Orange, Yellow). A matched Pantone starts at 1,000 — a custom colour is its own spray run rather than a draw from stock. You can mix stock colours to reach the 500, which several buyers do on a first order to see which shade moves.

Yes, from the first 500 pieces — there is no separate logo minimum. Four methods in-house: silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer and UV print. The straight body gives an uninterrupted panel with no seam to work the artwork around. Send a vector file and we return a print proof showing how it sits on this body before anything runs. Tell us the end use and we will say which method we would run and why.

Two routes. Stock colours — Purple, Blue, Orange, Yellow — ship from inventory at 500 pieces per design, so a sample reaches you without waiting on a spray run. A matched Pantone runs from 1,000 pieces as its own spray batch: you send the Pantone reference, we spray a sample, you approve it, and only then does the line start. The first unit off the bulk run is then compared against that approved sample before the rest continues.

30% deposit to start production, 70% before shipment. On smaller orders we often settle the whole amount against the proforma invoice instead — two transfers cost both sides bank charges that are not worth paying on a modest total. Either way the terms go in writing on the PI rather than being agreed later. If your company has its own process, tell us early and we will work to it.

Freight is worked out per order rather than from a table, because it depends on the cubic volume and how you want it shipped. Once you have picked the models and settled the quantity, send us the delivery address and we come back with the carton count, the cubic and the freight — by sea, by air or door-to-door, whichever suits the date you are working to. Ask for FOB and DDP side by side if you want to compare handling the import yourself against one delivered price.

Send a drawing, a photo of something close, or just describe it. We come back with what is feasible on our existing tooling and what needs new tooling, with the cost and the lead time for each — before you commit to either. Most programmes start on an existing body with your own colour, decoration and packaging; new tooling makes sense once the volume justifies it, and we will say plainly when it does not.

Six steps, and you set the pace at each one. 1. Send the enquiry — quantity, destination, and the in-hands date if you have one. 2. The quotation comes back with carton cubic already in it, so you can model landed cost before replying rather than asking for it. 3. Take a sample if you want one — or order straight from artwork if you already know the model. 4. Proforma invoice, then the deposit. 5. Production, 30 days from artwork approval; the first unit off the line is checked against the reference you approved. 6. Balance, then shipment with the full document set.

Yes — several buyers do exactly that on a first order to see which shade moves. Five hundred pieces per design in the stock colours, mixed however you like. A matched Pantone is its own spray run from 1,000, because the line has to be set up for it.

One person, from the first quotation to the shipping confirmation. The person who prices your cartons is the one who answers when the artwork changes, and the one still on it after the shipment leaves. No shared inbox, no hand-off at each stage, no re-explaining your order to somebody new.

Double-wall double-wall pure titanium throughout — the standard for food contact in this category. The grade is marked on the unit, and the FDA and LFGB reports cover the finished product including the lid and seal. If your market or your customer asks for something beyond that, tell us at enquiry and we will say what can be arranged and what it costs.
