TI-1212 24oz Handled Magnetic-Lid Vacuum Flask

Model: TI-1212 · OEM/ODM Ready · Jupeng Factory, Yongkang China

The vacuum layer is what makes this work: with the air drawn out between the walls there is almost nothing left to conduct heat away, so a hot drink is still hot at the end of a working day and ice is still ice. The inner wall is 304 stainless throughout — the standard for food contact, and what keeps a flask tasting of nothing after a year of coffee. Buyers usually reach this page looking for wholesale insulated water bottles; if that is your brief, the figures below are the ones you will be quoted from.

A gift company in Germany takes this one for outdoor users. It also goes through a supermarket chain; the orders themselves are for in-car use and branded promotional gifts. On the buying side: end-user repurchase is strong enough that the facing keeps earning its space.

Every photo, and what it tells you

Product photos usually show you the same thing six times. These six each answer a different question a buyer asked us about TI-1212.

TI-1212 — Starting quantity
Starting quantity Five hundred pieces per design, 24oz. Several buyers split that first 500 across shades to see which one moves before committing to a bigger run — we are happy to work that way.
TI-1212 — Colours
Colours Blue, Black, White, Orange are held in stock, so a sample can go out without waiting on a spray run. For your own brand colour, a matched Pantone is its own spray batch from 1,000 pieces, and you approve a sprayed sample before the line starts.
TI-1212 — Packaging options
Packaging options It ships in a plain white box as quoted. Retail colour box, your own box design, printed UPC or EAN, hang tags and compliance labels are all available — each is its own tooling round, so we itemise them rather than folding them into the unit price.
TI-1212 — Your logo
Your logo Silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer and UV print, all in-house, on any of the 4 stock colours. Send your artwork and a print proof comes back showing how it will sit on this piece — before anything runs, so there are no surprises at the sample stage.
TI-1212 — Terms
Terms 30%% deposit to start production, 70%% before shipment. On smaller orders we often settle the whole amount against the proforma invoice instead, because two transfers cost both sides bank charges that are not worth paying.
TI-1212 — What it is made of
What it is made of Double-wall vacuum construction, 304 stainless steel in contact with the drink. Our FDA and LFGB reports cover the finished product, and they travel with the shipment as standard rather than on request.

The part of the build you cannot see

The wall in contact with the drink is 304 stainless — the standard grade for food contact, and what we run across the range. It is not an exotic choice; it is the part of the build that decides how the flask behaves after a year of daily coffee.

What we spend attention on sits upstream of the specification. The coil comes from suppliers we have bought from for years rather than whoever quotes lowest that month, and the grade is marked on the unit so it travels with the product rather than living in a file.

If your programme has its own testing requirement, say so at enquiry. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or TUV is welcome at any stage — we would rather build it into the schedule than have it arrive as a surprise at pre-shipment.

TI-1212 — Where it already sells

Where it already sells

You will find TI-1212 on more than one kind of shelf, which is the reason we keep it in stock rather than making it to order. The accounts running it now: an Amazon seller in the US, a promotional gift house in the UK and an outdoor brand in Spain.

What their end users do with it varies more than the listings suggest — a desk in an office, a cup holder on a commute, a backpack side pocket at the weekend. The 24 oz was sized for that overlap rather than for one of them.

Which listing you arrive through usually says more about your programme than about the product. The MOQ, the lead time and the carton figures are the same either way.

Sourcing TI-1212? Here is how we run it

Three things buyers tell us go wrong on a first order, and what happens here at each.

You see it before you commit

A physical sample, not a rendering. Approve it and that unit stays in the plant as the reference for the run.

The first unit off the line is checked

Bulk starts, we compare unit one against your approved sample, and the line stops if it does not match. Catching a drift there costs an hour.

You hear about problems early

If a date slips or a colour moves, you get told while there is still time to decide — not when the container lands.

Who orders TI-1212

What you are actually buying from us

A quotation is easy to come by. These are the things that decide whether the second order is easy.

  • Before the order. The awkward questions get asked at the start — which artwork file, which colour reference, how the cartons are marked. They cost a conversation now, or a shipment later.
  • During production. The sample you approve stays in the plant as the physical reference. The first unit off the bulk line is compared against it before the rest continues, so a drift gets sorted out then rather than after the container is packed.
  • After it ships. A second order should be easier than the first. The approved reference stays here between runs, so what you reorder matches what your customers already have.
  • One person, start to finish. No ticket numbers, no being passed along — the same name from the first email to the last document.
  • We will tell you when to buy something else. We say no to dates we cannot hold. Accepting an impossible deadline and hoping is how both sides lose.
  • Twenty-eight years in this category. We have run this category for brand owners, retail chains, gift houses and marketplace sellers. The questions each of them asks are different, and we know which ones come up late.

For Importers & Wholesalers
  • The cost that surprises importers is rarely the unit price — it is the cubic, the split cases and the document that arrives wrong. 50 pieces per carton divides cleanly into a 10-store drop, so nobody spends an afternoon repacking broken cases.
  • Pricing structure, documentation, inspection and payment terms — the things you check before a first order — are set out here: Importers & wholesalers →
Wholesale Pricing
For Brand Owners — OEM/ODM
  • Your second order has to match your first, or the reviews written about batch one stop being true. The sample you approved stays in the plant as the physical reference between runs.
  • How private label runs here — artwork, colour approval, tooling, what is yours and what is ours: Brand owners & private label →
Full OEM/ODM Guide →
For Retail Chains
  • Own-brand retail lines live or die on repeat consistency. The approved reference sample stays here between runs, and the first unit off each new run is checked against it.
  • Retail compliance, hang tags, Prop 65 labelling and delivery windows: Retail chains →
Read Hallmark Case →
For Promotional Gift Buyers
  • The commonest gifting mistake is ordering the quantity before fixing the artwork. Decoration on this body is proofed before anything runs, so the artwork round happens while the material is still being prepared rather than after.
  • Lead times against a fixed event date, decoration choices, and what 500 pieces actually buys you: Promotional & gifting →

For Hotels, Schools, Cafés, Events & Other End Organisations
  • Specification matters more than price when the item has to survive daily service. Steel that goes through a commercial dishwasher, lids your staff can open one-handed — tell us the setting and we will spec for it.
  • How DDP works, what it covers and where a local importer of record is still needed: DDP door-to-door →

For E-commerce & Amazon Sellers
  • Two things sink a listing: running out mid-season, and a batch that does not match the one your reviews were written about. The approved reference sample stays here between runs, and we can hold partly-finished inventory through your quiet season.

Questions buyers ask before the first order

Five hundred pieces per design in the stock colours (Blue, Black, White, Orange). A matched Pantone starts at 1,000 — a custom colour is its own spray run rather than a draw from stock. You can mix stock colours to reach the 500, which several buyers do on a first order to see which shade moves.

Yes, from the first 500 pieces — there is no separate logo minimum. Four methods in-house: silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer and UV print. The straight body gives an uninterrupted panel with no seam to work the artwork around. Send a vector file and we return a print proof showing how it sits on this body before anything runs. Tell us the end use and we will say which method we would run and why.

Two routes. Stock colours — Blue, Black, White, Orange — ship from inventory at 500 pieces per design, so a sample reaches you without waiting on a spray run. A matched Pantone runs from 1,000 pieces as its own spray batch: you send the Pantone reference, we spray a sample, you approve it, and only then does the line start. The first unit off the bulk run is then compared against that approved sample before the rest continues.

30% deposit to start production, 70% before shipment. On smaller orders we often settle the whole amount against the proforma invoice instead — two transfers cost both sides bank charges that are not worth paying on a modest total. Either way the terms go in writing on the PI rather than being agreed later. If your company has its own process, tell us early and we will work to it.

Freight is worked out per order rather than from a table, because it depends on the cubic volume and how you want it shipped. Once you have picked the models and settled the quantity, send us the delivery address and we come back with the carton count, the cubic and the freight — by sea, by air or door-to-door, whichever suits the date you are working to. Ask for FOB and DDP side by side if you want to compare handling the import yourself against one delivered price.

Send a drawing, a photo of something close, or just describe it. We come back with what is feasible on our existing tooling and what needs new tooling, with the cost and the lead time for each — before you commit to either. Most programmes start on an existing body with your own colour, decoration and packaging; new tooling makes sense once the volume justifies it, and we will say plainly when it does not.

Six steps, and you set the pace at each one. 1. Send the enquiry — quantity, destination, and the in-hands date if you have one. 2. The quotation comes back with carton cubic already in it, so you can model landed cost before replying rather than asking for it. 3. Take a sample if you want one — or order straight from artwork if you already know the model. 4. Proforma invoice, then the deposit. 5. Production, 30 days from artwork approval; the first unit off the line is checked against the reference you approved. 6. Balance, then shipment with the full document set.

The straight body gives you an uninterrupted panel — no curve to fight, no seam to work around. Send your artwork and we return a print proof showing exactly how it sits on this body, at the size you want, before anything runs. If the mark is too fine for the method you picked, we will say so at the proof stage rather than after the run.

Around 30 days from artwork approval for a stock colour. A matched Pantone adds a spray run; peak season before Christmas and Ramadan adds time too. Tell us the date you need it in hand and we plan backwards from there — and say early if it does not fit rather than accepting it and hoping.

We hold GRS V4.0 for recycled content — the certificate is on this page. Stainless is itself recyclable at end of life, which is often the more useful point for a brief than the packaging. If the requirement is written into your tender, send us the wording and we will say plainly what we can and cannot evidence.
