TF-1012 16oz Double-Wall Travel Tumbler

Model: TF-1012 · OEM/ODM Ready · Jupeng Factory, Yongkang China

The inner wall is 304 stainless throughout — the standard for food contact, and what keeps a flask tasting of nothing after a year of coffee. Buyers usually reach this page looking for metal coffee mugs bulk indian wedding return gifts; if that is your brief, the figures below are the ones you will be quoted from.

A domestic gift company in Germany takes this one for outdoor users. It also goes through a supermarket chain; the orders themselves are for event giveaways and branded promotional gifts.

Every photo, and what it tells you

Product photos usually show you the same thing six times. These six each answer a different question a buyer asked us about TF-1012.

TF-1012 — Starting quantity
Starting quantity Five hundred pieces per design, 16oz. Several buyers split that first 500 across shades to see which one moves before committing to a bigger run — we are happy to work that way.
TF-1012 — Colours
Colours Purple, Blue, Green are held in stock, so a sample can go out without waiting on a spray run. For your own brand colour, a matched Pantone is its own spray batch from 1,000 pieces, and you approve a sprayed sample before the line starts.
TF-1012 — Your logo
Your logo Silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer and UV print, all in-house, on any of the 3 stock colours. Send your artwork and a print proof comes back showing how it will sit on this piece — before anything runs, so there are no surprises at the sample stage.
TF-1012 — Making the second order match the first
Making the second order match the first The sample you approve stays here as the physical reference between runs. When bulk starts, the first unit off the line is compared against it before the rest continues — so what you reorder matches what your customers already have.
TF-1012 — Timing
Timing Around 30 days from artwork approval, plus 7–10 days if you want a sample first. Tell us the date you need it in hand and we plan backwards from there, and say early if it does not fit rather than accepting it and hoping.
TF-1012 — What it is made of
What it is made of 304 stainless steel in contact with the drink. Our FDA and LFGB reports cover the finished product, and they travel with the shipment as standard rather than on request.

Anything missing? Ask and it goes in this table rather than in an email.

The part your end user touches most

It is a wide screw-lid. Buyers tell us the lid is where their end users complain first — ahead of the finish, ahead of the capacity, ahead of anything on a spec sheet. It is also the part that gets least attention at the quotation stage.

On TF-1012 the lid was chosen for how it gets used rather than for how it photographs. It is built to hold a seal in a bag rather than to survive being shaken upside down; if your programme needs the second, say so and we will point you at a model designed for it rather than sell you this one and have it come back.

Ask for a sample lid and test it the way your end users will — from us or from anyone. Twenty opens a day for a year is a different test from one demonstration on a desk.

TF-1012 — The second order came before we expected it

The second order came before we expected it

A second order is the only test of a promotional or retail line that matters commercially. Everything before it is a sample.

Sourcing TF-1012? Here is how we run it

Three things buyers tell us go wrong on a first order, and what happens here at each.

You see it before you commit

A physical sample, not a rendering. Approve it and that unit stays in the plant as the reference for the run.

The first unit off the line is checked

Bulk starts, we compare unit one against your approved sample, and the line stops if it does not match. Catching a drift there costs an hour.

You hear about problems early

If a date slips or a colour moves, you get told while there is still time to decide — not when the container lands.

Who orders TF-1012

What you are actually buying from us

A quotation is easy to come by. These are the things that decide whether the second order is easy.

  • Before the order. Before anything is quoted we want the destination and the date, because those are the constraints everything else has to fit inside. If the date does not work, you hear that early rather than three weeks before it.
  • During production. Colour, artwork and carton marking each have a named step where you confirm them. If something moves during the run, it is adjusted before the rest is made.
  • After it ships. The same person who took your enquiry is still on it after the shipment leaves. If a date slips or a colour moves, you hear about it while there is still time to decide — not when the container lands.
  • One person, start to finish. You get one named contact who keeps your file open, learns how your business works, and carries the details between stages so you never re-explain them.
  • We will tell you when to buy something else. What we are unsure about, you hear about early. A finish we have not run on this body gets flagged before the deposit, not after the sample.
  • Twenty-eight years in this category. Twenty-eight years of custom work, and most of what we know came from orders that went wrong somewhere before they went right. That is the experience you are buying.

For Importers & Wholesalers
  • Mixed orders are where quotations quietly break: three models, three cartons, three sets of numbers. Send the whole shortlist and the carton count, cubic and load plan come back as one sheet you can hand to your freight forwarder.
  • Pricing structure, documentation, inspection and payment terms — the things you check before a first order — are set out here: Importers & wholesalers →
Wholesale Pricing
For Brand Owners — OEM/ODM
  • Most private-label problems start before production: artwork in the wrong format, a decoration method chosen for the mockup rather than the end use, a colour signed off on screen. You get a print proof on this body and 3 stock colours to start from before anything runs.
  • How private label runs here — artwork, colour approval, tooling, what is yours and what is ours: Brand owners & private label →
Full OEM/ODM Guide →
For Retail Chains
  • Carton dimensions decide whether your team spends an afternoon repacking. 50 pieces per carton divides cleanly into a 10-store drop, so nobody spends an afternoon repacking broken cases. The spec goes to you before production, not with the shipment.
  • Retail compliance, hang tags, Prop 65 labelling and delivery windows: Retail chains →

For Promotional Gift Buyers
  • Event buyers often need one shipment split to several addresses. Tell us the split at quotation and the cartons are marked and packed for it, rather than arriving as one pallet you have to break down.
  • Lead times against a fixed event date, decoration choices, and what 500 pieces actually buys you: Promotional & gifting →
Gift Solutions →
For Hotels, Schools, Cafés, Events & Other End Organisations
  • Buying direct for the first time usually means one worry: what happens if it is wrong when it lands. You approve a physical sample first, and the first unit off the bulk run is compared against it before the rest is made.
  • How DDP works, what it covers and where a local importer of record is still needed: DDP door-to-door →

For E-commerce & Amazon Sellers
  • A replenishment that takes a full production cycle means a stockout. Plan the season with us and repeat runs come down to 30–35 days.

Questions buyers ask before the first order

Five hundred pieces per design in the stock colours (Purple, Blue, Green). A matched Pantone starts at 1,000 — a custom colour is its own spray run rather than a draw from stock. You can mix stock colours to reach the 500, which several buyers do on a first order to see which shade moves.

Yes, from the first 500 pieces — there is no separate logo minimum. Four methods in-house: silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer and UV print. The straight body gives an uninterrupted panel with no seam to work the artwork around. Send a vector file and we return a print proof showing how it sits on this body before anything runs. Tell us the end use and we will say which method we would run and why.

Two routes. Stock colours — Purple, Blue, Green — ship from inventory at 500 pieces per design, so a sample reaches you without waiting on a spray run. A matched Pantone runs from 1,000 pieces as its own spray batch: you send the Pantone reference, we spray a sample, you approve it, and only then does the line start. The first unit off the bulk run is then compared against that approved sample before the rest continues.

30% deposit to start production, 70% before shipment. On smaller orders we often settle the whole amount against the proforma invoice instead — two transfers cost both sides bank charges that are not worth paying on a modest total. Either way the terms go in writing on the PI rather than being agreed later. If your company has its own process, tell us early and we will work to it.

Freight is worked out per order rather than from a table, because it depends on the cubic volume and how you want it shipped. Once you have picked the models and settled the quantity, send us the delivery address and we come back with the carton count, the cubic and the freight — by sea, by air or door-to-door, whichever suits the date you are working to. Ask for FOB and DDP side by side if you want to compare handling the import yourself against one delivered price.

Send a drawing, a photo of something close, or just describe it. We come back with what is feasible on our existing tooling and what needs new tooling, with the cost and the lead time for each — before you commit to either. Most programmes start on an existing body with your own colour, decoration and packaging; new tooling makes sense once the volume justifies it, and we will say plainly when it does not.

Six steps, and you set the pace at each one. 1. Send the enquiry — quantity, destination, and the in-hands date if you have one. 2. The quotation comes back with carton cubic already in it, so you can model landed cost before replying rather than asking for it. 3. Take a sample if you want one — or order straight from artwork if you already know the model. 4. Proforma invoice, then the deposit. 5. Production, 30 days from artwork approval; the first unit off the line is checked against the reference you approved. 6. Balance, then shipment with the full document set.

Yes, and most buyers do. Tell us the model and the colour you want to see; we quote the sample charge and the courier fee separately so you know both before committing. Seven to ten days to your door. If you already know TF-1012 and just need the logo right, you can also order straight from an approved artwork proof.

Logo by silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer or UV print — the straight body is an uninterrupted panel with no seam to work around. Colour: stock from 500, matched Pantone from 1,000. Packaging: retail colour box, printed UPC or EAN, hang tags — budgeted as its own line.

The straight body gives you an uninterrupted panel — no curve to fight, no seam to work around. Send your artwork and we return a print proof showing exactly how it sits on this body, at the size you want, before anything runs. If the mark is too fine for the method you picked, we will say so at the proof stage rather than after the run.
