TF-1044 400 ml Double-Wall Travel Tumbler

Model: TF-1044 · OEM/ODM Ready · Jupeng Factory, Yongkang China

The inner wall is 304 stainless throughout — the standard for food contact, and what keeps a flask tasting of nothing after a year of coffee. Buyers usually reach this page looking for custom travel mugs; if that is your brief, the figures below are the ones you will be quoted from.

A gift company in Germany orders this one regularly. It also goes through a supermarket chain; the orders themselves are for branded promotional gifts. On the buying side: on a long-running account.

Every photo, and what it tells you

Product photos usually show you the same thing six times. These six each answer a different question a buyer asked us about TF-1044.

TF-1044 — Starting quantity
Starting quantity Five hundred pieces per design, 400 ml. Several buyers split that first 500 across shades to see which one moves before committing to a bigger run — we are happy to work that way.
TF-1044 — Colours
Colours Red are held in stock, so a sample can go out without waiting on a spray run. For your own brand colour, a matched Pantone is its own spray batch from 1,000 pieces, and you approve a sprayed sample before the line starts.
TF-1044 — Packaging options
Packaging options It ships in a plain white box as quoted. Retail colour box, your own box design, printed UPC or EAN, hang tags and compliance labels are all available — each is its own tooling round, so we itemise them rather than folding them into the unit price.
TF-1044 — Making the second order match the first
Making the second order match the first The sample you approve stays here as the physical reference between runs. When bulk starts, the first unit off the line is compared against it before the rest continues — so what you reorder matches what your customers already have.
TF-1044 — If you want something we do not list
If you want something we do not list Send a drawing, a photo of something close, or just describe it. We come back with what works on existing tooling and what would need new tooling, with the cost and lead time for each, before you commit to either.
TF-1044 — What it is made of
What it is made of 304 stainless steel in contact with the drink. Our FDA and LFGB reports cover the finished product, and they travel with the shipment as standard rather than on request.

The numbers that decide your landed cost

50 pieces per carton, carton 37cm × 37cm × 64cm, 12kg/13kg net and gross. Those three figures decide your landed cost on a distribution order more than the unit price does, which is why they are on the page rather than behind an enquiry form.

Two things worth checking before you commit a quantity. First, whether your order divides into clean cartons — a 12-store drop that lands on a split case costs someone an afternoon of repacking. Second, whether a mixed-colour container makes more sense than one colour: several buyers deliberately split a first order to see which shade moves before committing capital.

Send us the quantity and the destination and the carton count, cubic and load plan come back with the price rather than after it.

TF-1044 — A date that had to hold

A date that had to hold

A buyer needed 1200 pieces because the shipment had to land before Christmas. We moved the batch up the queue and ran the line on overtime.

The reason it worked is unglamorous: we knew the date at enquiry, not after artwork. A deadline is the one variable nobody can renegotiate afterwards.

Tell us the in-hands date before the artwork and you get a straight answer about whether it holds — including a no, if that is the honest one.

Sourcing TF-1044? Here is how we run it

Three things buyers tell us go wrong on a first order, and what happens here at each.

You see it before you commit

A physical sample, not a rendering. Approve it and that unit stays in the plant as the reference for the run.

The first unit off the line is checked

Bulk starts, we compare unit one against your approved sample, and the line stops if it does not match. Catching a drift there costs an hour.

You hear about problems early

If a date slips or a colour moves, you get told while there is still time to decide — not when the container lands.

Who orders TF-1044

What you are actually buying from us

A quotation is easy to come by. These are the things that decide whether the second order is easy.

  • Before the order. Before anything is quoted we want the destination and the date, because those are the constraints everything else has to fit inside. If the date does not work, you hear that early rather than three weeks before it.
  • During production. Colour, artwork and carton marking each have a named step where you confirm them. If something moves during the run, it is adjusted before the rest is made.
  • After it ships. The same person who took your enquiry is still on it after the shipment leaves. If a date slips or a colour moves, you hear about it while there is still time to decide — not when the container lands.
  • One person, start to finish. You get one named contact who keeps your file open, learns how your business works, and carries the details between stages so you never re-explain them.
  • We will tell you when to buy something else. What we are unsure about, you hear about early. A finish we have not run on this body gets flagged before the deposit, not after the sample.
  • Twenty-eight years in this category. Twenty-eight years of custom work, and most of what we know came from orders that went wrong somewhere before they went right. That is the experience you are buying.

For Importers & Wholesalers
  • The cost that surprises importers is rarely the unit price — it is the cubic, the split cases and the document that arrives wrong. 50 pieces per carton divides cleanly into a 10-store drop, so nobody spends an afternoon repacking broken cases.
  • Pricing structure, documentation, inspection and payment terms — the things you check before a first order — are set out here: Importers & wholesalers →
Wholesale Pricing
For Brand Owners — OEM/ODM
  • Your second order has to match your first, or the reviews written about batch one stop being true. The sample you approved stays in the plant as the physical reference between runs.
  • How private label runs here — artwork, colour approval, tooling, what is yours and what is ours: Brand owners & private label →
Full OEM/ODM Guide →
For Retail Chains
  • Own-brand retail lines live or die on repeat consistency. The approved reference sample stays here between runs, and the first unit off each new run is checked against it.
  • Retail compliance, hang tags, Prop 65 labelling and delivery windows: Retail chains →
Read Hallmark Case →
For Promotional Gift Buyers
  • The commonest gifting mistake is ordering the quantity before fixing the artwork. Decoration on this body is proofed before anything runs, so the artwork round happens while the material is still being prepared rather than after.
  • Lead times against a fixed event date, decoration choices, and what 500 pieces actually buys you: Promotional & gifting →
Gift Solutions →
For Hotels, Schools, Cafés, Events & Other End Organisations
  • Specification matters more than price when the item has to survive daily service. Steel that goes through a commercial dishwasher, lids your staff can open one-handed — tell us the setting and we will spec for it.
  • How DDP works, what it covers and where a local importer of record is still needed: DDP door-to-door →

For E-commerce & Amazon Sellers
  • Two things sink a listing: running out mid-season, and a batch that does not match the one your reviews were written about. The approved reference sample stays here between runs, and we can hold partly-finished inventory through your quiet season.

Questions buyers ask before the first order

Five hundred pieces per design in the stock colours (Red). A matched Pantone starts at 1,000 — a custom colour is its own spray run rather than a draw from stock. You can mix stock colours to reach the 500, which several buyers do on a first order to see which shade moves.

Yes, from the first 500 pieces — there is no separate logo minimum. Four methods in-house: silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer and UV print. The straight body gives an uninterrupted panel with no seam to work the artwork around. Send a vector file and we return a print proof showing how it sits on this body before anything runs. Tell us the end use and we will say which method we would run and why.

Two routes. Stock colours — Red — ship from inventory at 500 pieces per design, so a sample reaches you without waiting on a spray run. A matched Pantone runs from 1,000 pieces as its own spray batch: you send the Pantone reference, we spray a sample, you approve it, and only then does the line start. The first unit off the bulk run is then compared against that approved sample before the rest continues.

30% deposit to start production, 70% before shipment. On smaller orders we often settle the whole amount against the proforma invoice instead — two transfers cost both sides bank charges that are not worth paying on a modest total. Either way the terms go in writing on the PI rather than being agreed later. If your company has its own process, tell us early and we will work to it.

Freight is worked out per order rather than from a table, because it depends on the cubic volume and how you want it shipped. Once you have picked the models and settled the quantity, send us the delivery address and we come back with the carton count, the cubic and the freight — by sea, by air or door-to-door, whichever suits the date you are working to. Ask for FOB and DDP side by side if you want to compare handling the import yourself against one delivered price.

Send a drawing, a photo of something close, or just describe it. We come back with what is feasible on our existing tooling and what needs new tooling, with the cost and the lead time for each — before you commit to either. Most programmes start on an existing body with your own colour, decoration and packaging; new tooling makes sense once the volume justifies it, and we will say plainly when it does not.

Six steps, and you set the pace at each one. 1. Send the enquiry — quantity, destination, and the in-hands date if you have one. 2. The quotation comes back with carton cubic already in it, so you can model landed cost before replying rather than asking for it. 3. Take a sample if you want one — or order straight from artwork if you already know the model. 4. Proforma invoice, then the deposit. 5. Production, 30 days from artwork approval; the first unit off the line is checked against the reference you approved. 6. Balance, then shipment with the full document set.

The straight body gives you an uninterrupted panel — no curve to fight, no seam to work around. Send your artwork and we return a print proof showing exactly how it sits on this body, at the size you want, before anything runs. If the mark is too fine for the method you picked, we will say so at the proof stage rather than after the run.

Around 30 days from artwork approval for a stock colour. A matched Pantone adds a spray run; peak season before Christmas and Ramadan adds time too. Tell us the date you need it in hand and we plan backwards from there — and say early if it does not fit rather than accepting it and hoping.

We hold GRS V4.0 for recycled content — the certificate is on this page. Stainless is itself recyclable at end of life, which is often the more useful point for a brief than the packaging. If the requirement is written into your tender, send us the wording and we will say plainly what we can and cannot evidence.
