Where we put the checks
If you are putting your own brand on TS-1001, the expensive failure is rarely the flask. It is having to explain something to your customer that you did not know to ask us about. Buyers who came to us after problems elsewhere describe: a material that did not match the specification, a logo that printed blurred at the edges and lids that leaked once they were shipped.
Neither of those is a claim about anyone. They are the two questions worth putting to any supplier, us included: can I see the grade marked on the liner, and where exactly do I approve the colour.
Our answer to the second one is a named step. You approve a spray sample before the line starts, and the first unit off the line is compared against it before the rest of the run continues. If it does not match, the line stops.
