TS-1005 16oz Bamboo-Base Vacuum Flask

Model: TS-1005 · OEM/ODM Ready · Jupeng Factory, Yongkang China

The vacuum layer is what makes this work: with the air drawn out between the walls there is almost nothing left to conduct heat away, so a hot drink is still hot at the end of a working day and ice is still ice. The inner wall is 304 stainless throughout — the standard for food contact, and what keeps a flask tasting of nothing after a year of coffee. Buyers usually reach this page looking for personalized insulated coffee mugs; if that is your brief, the figures below are the ones you will be quoted from.

A supermarket chain in Germany takes this one for outdoor users. It also goes through a cross-border e-commerce seller.

Every photo, and what it tells you

Product photos usually show you the same thing six times. These six each answer a different question a buyer asked us about TS-1005.

TS-1005 — The bamboo base
The bamboo base The base is real bamboo, not a printed finish, so each piece has its own grain. It changes how the product reads on a shelf next to plain steel, and it is the reason most buyers pick this one.
TS-1005 — Starting quantity
Starting quantity Five hundred pieces per design, 16oz. Several buyers split that first 500 across shades to see which one moves before committing to a bigger run — we are happy to work that way.
TS-1005 — How it ships
How it ships 25 pieces per carton, 52 × 52 × 21cm, 14/15KGS net and gross. Send your quantity and destination and the carton count, cubic and load plan come back with the price rather than after it — it makes the landed cost easier to model.
TS-1005 — Colours
Colours Black are held in stock, so a sample can go out without waiting on a spray run. For your own brand colour, a matched Pantone is its own spray batch from 1,000 pieces, and you approve a sprayed sample before the line starts.
TS-1005 — Making the second order match the first
Making the second order match the first The sample you approve stays here as the physical reference between runs. When bulk starts, the first unit off the line is compared against it before the rest continues — so what you reorder matches what your customers already have.
TS-1005 — Your logo
Your logo Silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer and UV print, all in-house, on any of the 1 stock colours. Send your artwork and a print proof comes back showing how it will sit on this piece — before anything runs, so there are no surprises at the sample stage.

Anything missing? Ask and it goes in this table rather than in an email.

How this one opens, and why that was chosen

It is a wide screw-lid. Buyers tell us the lid is where their end users complain first — ahead of the finish, ahead of the capacity, ahead of anything on a spec sheet. It is also the part that gets least attention at the quotation stage.

On TS-1005 the lid was chosen for how it gets used rather than for how it photographs. It is built to hold a seal in a bag rather than to survive being shaken upside down; if your programme needs the second, say so and we will point you at a model designed for it rather than sell you this one and have it come back.

Ask for a sample lid and test it the way your end users will — from us or from anyone. Twenty opens a day for a year is a different test from one demonstration on a desk.

TS-1005 — Five shelves, one flask

Five shelves, one flask

You will find TS-1005 on more than one kind of shelf, which is the reason we keep it in stock rather than making it to order. The accounts running it now: an Amazon seller in the US, an outdoor brand in the UK, a promotional gift house in Italy and a supermarket chain in Spain.

What their end users do with it varies more than the listings suggest — a desk in an office, a cup holder on a commute, a backpack side pocket at the weekend. The 16 oz was sized for that overlap rather than for one of them.

Which listing you arrive through usually says more about your programme than about the product. The MOQ, the lead time and the carton figures are the same either way.

Sourcing TS-1005? Here is how we run it

Three things buyers tell us go wrong on a first order, and what happens here at each.

You see it before you commit

A physical sample, not a rendering. Approve it and that unit stays in the plant as the reference for the run.

The first unit off the line is checked

Bulk starts, we compare unit one against your approved sample, and the line stops if it does not match. Catching a drift there costs an hour.

You hear about problems early

If a date slips or a colour moves, you get told while there is still time to decide — not when the container lands.

Who orders TS-1005

What you are actually buying from us

A quotation is easy to come by. These are the things that decide whether the second order is easy.

  • Before the order. We read the brief twice — once to quote it, once before the line starts. If a detail could be read two ways, we ask rather than pick one. And if a sibling model fits your programme better, you hear that before you pay a deposit.
  • During production. Checks sit early, where they are cheap: brief before quotation, proof before artwork sign-off, first unit before the run. Nothing reaches production on somebody’s memory of an email.
  • After it ships. When something needs sorting after delivery, you are not explaining your order to somebody new. The file stays with the person who ran it.
  • One person, start to finish. One person owns your enquiry from the first quotation to the shipping confirmation — not a shared inbox, not a hand-off at each stage. The person who priced your order is the one who answers when the artwork changes at 9pm your time.
  • We will tell you when to buy something else. If a sibling model fits your brief better, you will hear that before you pay. Losing one SKU and keeping the account is the better trade for us.
  • Twenty-eight years in this category. Hallmark has been a customer since 2017. Retail vendor compliance, chargeback-sensitive windows and audit paperwork are familiar ground rather than a first time.

Which Buyer Are You? We Have Answers Ready.

Select your buyer type for relevant information on how TS-1005 works for your business.

For Importers & Wholesalers
  • Most importers have had at least one order where nobody answered for four days. One person owns your enquiry from quotation to shipping confirmation — the same person who priced your cartons is the one who replies when something changes.
  • Pricing structure, documentation, inspection and payment terms — the things you check before a first order — are set out here: Importers & wholesalers →

For Brand Owners — OEM/ODM
  • A colour that drifts two shades between sample and bulk is the complaint we hear most from brand owners. You approve a sprayed sample before the line starts, and the first unit off the bulk run is compared against it before the rest continues.
  • How private label runs here — artwork, colour approval, tooling, what is yours and what is ours: Brand owners & private label →
Full OEM/ODM Guide →
For Retail Chains
  • Vendor compliance audits ask for documents nobody thinks about until the week before. FDA, LFGB, EU 1935/2004, Prop 65 and GRS reports are downloadable with report numbers on them, so your compliance team is not waiting on us.
  • Retail compliance, hang tags, Prop 65 labelling and delivery windows: Retail chains →

For Promotional Gift Buyers
  • On a gift programme the date is the product. Tell us the in-hands date at enquiry and we plan backwards from it — and say no early if it does not fit, rather than accepting it and hoping. At 16oz the piece sits in the middle of most gifting budgets, and the wide screw-lid makes it usable one-handed at an event.

For Hotels, Schools, Cafés, Events & Other End Organisations
  • Organisations rarely need a full container. Mix stock colours within a model, or combine several models into one DDP shipment with one delivery and one invoice.

For E-commerce & Amazon Sellers

Questions buyers ask before the first order

Five hundred pieces per design in the stock colours (Black). A matched Pantone starts at 1,000 — a custom colour is its own spray run rather than a draw from stock. You can mix stock colours to reach the 500, which several buyers do on a first order to see which shade moves.

Yes, from the first 500 pieces — there is no separate logo minimum. Four methods in-house: silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer and UV print. The straight body gives an uninterrupted panel with no seam to work the artwork around. Send a vector file and we return a print proof showing how it sits on this body before anything runs. Tell us the end use and we will say which method we would run and why.

Two routes. Stock colours — Black — ship from inventory at 500 pieces per design, so a sample reaches you without waiting on a spray run. A matched Pantone runs from 1,000 pieces as its own spray batch: you send the Pantone reference, we spray a sample, you approve it, and only then does the line start. The first unit off the bulk run is then compared against that approved sample before the rest continues.

30% deposit to start production, 70% before shipment. On smaller orders we often settle the whole amount against the proforma invoice instead — two transfers cost both sides bank charges that are not worth paying on a modest total. Either way the terms go in writing on the PI rather than being agreed later. If your company has its own process, tell us early and we will work to it.

Freight is worked out per order rather than from a table, because it depends on the cubic volume and how you want it shipped. Once you have picked the models and settled the quantity, send us the delivery address and we come back with the carton count, the cubic and the freight — by sea, by air or door-to-door, whichever suits the date you are working to. Ask for FOB and DDP side by side if you want to compare handling the import yourself against one delivered price.

Send a drawing, a photo of something close, or just describe it. We come back with what is feasible on our existing tooling and what needs new tooling, with the cost and the lead time for each — before you commit to either. Most programmes start on an existing body with your own colour, decoration and packaging; new tooling makes sense once the volume justifies it, and we will say plainly when it does not.

Six steps, and you set the pace at each one. 1. Send the enquiry — quantity, destination, and the in-hands date if you have one. 2. The quotation comes back with carton cubic already in it, so you can model landed cost before replying rather than asking for it. 3. Take a sample if you want one — or order straight from artwork if you already know the model. 4. Proforma invoice, then the deposit. 5. Production, 30 days from artwork approval; the first unit off the line is checked against the reference you approved. 6. Balance, then shipment with the full document set.

Double-wall 304 stainless throughout — the standard for food contact in this category. The grade is marked on the unit, and the FDA and LFGB reports cover the finished product including the lid and seal. If your market or your customer asks for something beyond that, tell us at enquiry and we will say what can be arranged and what it costs.

Yes. FNSKU labels, Prop 65 stickers, suffocation warnings and FBA-spec carton marking are done here, and cartons ship direct to fulfilment centres. Unit weight is around 560 g, which decides your size tier and per-unit fee.

Standard export pack as quoted. Beyond that: printed colour box, your own box design, printed UPC or EAN, hang tags and compliance labels — each is its own tooling and proofing round, so we itemise them rather than folding them into the unit price. Tell us where it is going on the shelf and we will say what that market usually expects.
